Sir,Turkic people were nomadic tribes living in tents.
Islam suited them most as it gave them freedom to invade nations in the west towards Anatolia and in the south towards Indian subcontinent via Afghanistan.

Praise be to Allah. For using Turks to bring the truth to the idolaters like the trinitist Christians and the funny Hindus.

Your logic is somehow strange. You have to get your facts straight. Owning Hagia Sophia doesnt make anyone greek. By the way...Romans! built the Hagia Sophia!

@denizucar3947 the people of the eastern roman empire to be exact, later related as to the byzantines. What were they culturally and as people??? Greeks.
The words αγια & σοφια (hagia sophia transscribed) are Greek and mean 'saint sofia'.
Why should turks name anything in a Greek name at all???
The church was built long before the Turks conquered Constantinople.

Just like Archaeologists says; The concept of origin is a situation that is thought to be genetic but is socially constructed. Some of the genetically similar people in our region describe themselves as Bulgarian, some as Albanian, some as Macedonian, some as Greek, some as Turkish, some as Armenian. What is important for human dignity is to respect the way we define ourselves. What creates nations is determination and perseverance rather than race. Ataturk, knowing this a hundred years ago, said, "How happy is the one who calls himself a Turk." Ne mutlu Türküm diyene🇹🇷 There is a lot you can learn from him. The Turkish people in Turkey are native to these lands. It is time to respect their homeland, their thousands of years of struggle, their own identity and feelings. If you don't want to turn into an occupier, you have to learn how to respect. But if you have the intention of occupying, you will cling to such narratives and remember that this only binds you.
