Should be an instant hit tbh. Also, everything Jack touches is gold. Glad they work together because it suits Carly well and all she does is crank out under appreciated hits. As a straight man in touch with his feelings I have no problem admitting she writes from an honest unapologetic place and granted she has success, she deserves so much more in the mainstream.

It's so difficult to choose a fave track in this album. To me, this, by far, is the most Carly Rae Jepsen sounding song. The repetitive chorus, the synth, the out-of-this-world bridge, and most especially, the fading outro. She's so genius when it comes to outro which fades away. Tangina Kumare! Ginalingan mo na naman! One of the best, kindest songs Carly has published in years. The writing and vocal heights on the bridge are absolutely phenomenal. The lyrics are so trademark introvert Jack Antonoff. This may have not reached the chart heights both have hoped for, but it's a song that is so intimately composed that it stands on its own.
