There are only a few days left of diesel fuel. They are already starting to ration diesel fuel in the northeast and now the south. Everything is delivered via trucks and trains that used diesel fuel. This will be catastrophic. It's the bullshit Ukraine did to our economy plain and simple we are now a outlaw country a peria to world peace.

My bank gave me a hard time about an external transfer. Made me jump through all of these hoops then still wouldn't do it. They lied and said the routing number wasn't showing up. So I said fine give me a cashier's check. The lady was like, "Idk if it's a good idea to be sending a cashier's check through the mail." I told her not to worry that I would be driving the check to my friend to personally put it in his hand. She begrudgingly wrote the check. I drive six hours to my friend and put it in his hand. He deposits it the next day and they would only let him have half. Told him the other half would be available in 2 weeks. Mind you it's a cashier's check and the full amount has already been deducted from my account. The whole ordeal was ridiculous man

100% true what Dan is saying about diesel fuel. Had a local grocery store manager tell me THIS PAST SATURDAY that they’re not going to be getting a shipment of items next week because of a diesel fuel shortage. I am in NC.
I don’t know. They’ve been saying this for MONTHS now. I don’t see it happening
@@cjhoward409 I agree. I didn’t think much of it either but being in NC and the grocery store saying they’re not getting a shipment I’m now seeing it come to fruition. Funny they were also talking about it on CNBC this morning about diesel reserves being the lowest they’ve been in 71 years.
@@cjhoward409 This was one of the biggest frustrations I had over the summer with all of these channels. They were dead wrong and peddling so many false reports about the DEF and diesel. However, Dan never has tried to predict anything. He really just covers reports as they come. These reports coming out about the shortage are backed up big time by data and people on the ground. We are paying $6 US a US Gallon here in far eastern Canada. About $2.15 Cdn a litre. My house will be really cool this winter. No heat in much of it, and maybe 64F in the places we spend most of our time. It is not November yet and I can hardly wait for Spring.
Great point
Our frugal lifestyle is practically immune, at least to this point. I told my elderly parents to get a few months of cash but they didn't want that much cash on hand and so I asked them what they were spending in a month, more that triple what we do! Today (Sunday) was a relaxing day, for lunch I made a 12" sub sandwich with the second half of the $1.99 french bread loaf we bought on Friday from the bakery at our small town grocery store. A little mayo, 3 slices of cheese, 2 slices of Kretschmar Virginian ham, 6 slices of salami, an entire sliced tomato sprinkled with oregano, thinly sliced sweet onion, a kosher dill pickle sliced thin and lettuce...the toughest part is closing it, lol. My wife and I split it with a little left for tomorrow, all for around $4. I saved the bread that I hollowed out of the French bread to make stuffing for the whole chicken we're having for dinner tonight along with mashed potatoes, gravy and baby peas. This is two full dinners for the two of us, several sandwiches and a batch of soup from the carcass. My wife just slid the apple pie in the oven that she made with the Macintosh apples we bought 2 weeks ago for 88 cents/lb which will be awesome with a scoop of the Breyer's vanilla ice cream we bought last week on sale for $2.79. Some of this stuff is so inexpensive it makes me laugh such as the gravy which is made from pan drippings, about a 1/4 cup of flour, the water from the potatoes and a little freshly ground black pepper. The best part is that anyone can do this, eat extremely well and save big day in and day out.
Excellent! Y'all are my kind of people! 😉👍
Almost all of our scraps go to our chickens, who happily turn our food waste into more food, in the form of delicious eggs.
Hubby and I do the same... almost, lol
Good point about cooking from ingredients rather than ready-made.
I can make a huge 3 gallon pot of stew or chili that last my mother brother and I for a week. Chili is great can add anything from the garden or the reduced table at the supermarket. Total cost is about $10. Also apples from the garden melt in really nice. CB radios and Ham radios are excellent past times. Remember, gasoline is delivered to the gas stations by diesel.
there's a story like that in bodie, ca ghost town....it's a GREAT story.
Some students did that after the Civil War at the school where General Lee was headmaster. He had a wise answer for them.
Dan, the diesel shortage has REALLY started to push gasoline prices up here in RI/MA. For a couple of months, we were in a holding pattern in the $3.19 to $3.39 range. Then we saw a breakout to $3.49 approximately two weeks ago. Soon afterward, we saw a pop to the $3.59 to $3.69 range. As of this weekend, we have widespread $3.89, with some $3.99.
I would advise anyone watching this video and reading these posts to become familiar with your gasoline retailers. Know who is a high-volume retailer and who is not, because the high-volume operators are going to be your best read on current and future market trends.
As stupid as this sounds, the majority of people out there do not understand that without diesel, the gasoline doesn't get to the retailer. The diesel shortage drives the price because the retailer is looking at a situation where he doesn't know when or if his next load is going to show up. Most of the high-volume operators get two loads a week. If diesel is rationed, they could be looking at only one load per week, or one load every two weeks. Your pricing metrics go out the window at that point.
Over $4.00 in parts of CT.

Not just transporting goods, but actually farm users needing diesel to run harvesting equipment, and land preparation equipment. Also water wells sometimes are pumped using diesel operating generators. Commercial trains for the most part use diesel. So do big rig trucks, some home pickup trucks, some types of boats and ships, some personal and business vans as well as motor home RV's.

Ok so he did this video ("Only a few days of Deisel fuel left") just three days ago, and from what I can see all the millions of diesel trucks and cars are still running all over the highways of this country just fine. Nonsense.
Here in UK, I'm seeing bigger gaps in prices diesel v petrol at the pumps. Typical around me in east midlands I'm seeing 30 pence difference per litre to £1.92 diesel v £1.62 petrol on average. Normally theyve been less than 10 pence difference even during other oil issues and situations.
Also, most people in the UK do not have means to burn wood as a home heat source. No fireplaces etc.
I just competed a trip in my diesel motor home, and I had no problem with diesel fuel, but what I did have a problem with was Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is very hard to get. Many fuel locations were either out of DEF or the pumps were out of service.
Def is pig urine and water. I am sure any pee will work though. Now my farm supply store seems to have a lot of this.

companies will have to shut down because
they will run out of room to store their
product.
The World has gone crazy ! This year for
Thanksgiving there will be tons of us
doing the true Thanksgiving of old . We will thank the Lord , that we are truly blessed.
We will have what we have and be Thanks
ful.
I personally believe that this nonsense is
I like your comment! I keep telling Dan to stop trusting in man you can only trust in Jesus. He never listens.
99 Cent Store that I shop at is not getting in any pasta, no flour and they have been out of canned corn. I went yesterday and they had 6 cans of corn.
Yay!
GMO corn will detonate your gastro system
But it s up to you
Good episode Dan, Jet A what the airlines burn is a higher refined Diesel type fuel so not sure whats going to happen, they might have to tap in to the airline fuel if worse comes to worse.
My son doesn’t believe anything is bad. He told me everything is going to be ok. I don’t know what to say. He thinks I am just worried for nothing.
Thanks for the information Dan! Always look forward to your videos :)
I had a group of geese that size blocking the road I was driving on. They refused to move. Honking and slowly moving forward did eventually motivate them to move.🙂
🤣🤣🤣 dude we're the natives of this street
I withdrew $2,000, all in $20 bills, from my checking account today. My gas tank is topped off, my cupboards and freezer are full of food, I have plenty of wood for my fireplace and 500 gallons of propane for a heater that does not require electricity to operate. I also have lots of ammo for my rifle and two pistols, just in case mayhem breaks out.
I talked to a manager of one of our big chain grocery stores and he said the same thing about butter. It's going to be hard to find and he also said their store wouldn't be getting much garlic out of Gilroy, the garlic capital of the world and to shop early for your Thanksgiving!
It wasn't my plan to talk to you but you did raise up a good subject. Only a few days of diesel fuel. Understand how this is going to work. It's the big guys who are going to have to shut down some of their stores 1st. You're gonna see companies like loves Or flying J/pilot And a few other road Start to Minimize. They will shut down some but not all understand understand the sensitivity of which of which and how most lanes travel from East Coast to West. For example If you shut down Texas in places like Amarillo and shut down places like in New Mexico ...gonna get a gridlock. Now you have to look at highways like Interstate 40. That's the main route OK so when you look at main rules according to travel in trucking It's easy to do because just look up the IFTA. You see national average doesn't matter much to truckers because according to their ifta what matters to them Is the route and plans of travel Now you got the crossroads of America Indiana wasn't called that for nothing.
Last week I had a pocketful of change ($.75 worth) to get it converted into 3 quarters - credit union made me sign for it, put down my account numbers, etc. This is no joke - really happened!
I used to shovel three driveways after a blizzard for 0.75 and be happy.
@@gregestee9099 bet u didn't have to show any ID, though.
@@davescrimshaw7781 no I didn't and I gave three nickels to Mom.
Great job. Dan. 👍🏽
Hahaha. Are you fattening up the geese for your thanksgiving day meal
Birds in the background
1) Canada geese (not Canadian geese)
2) Malard duck
3) American Coot
4) Rock Pigeon
5) American Wigeon
6) American White Pelican (2:28)
That's a lot of birds.
Okay Ornie.
I used to have a rental house in a place where winters were serious business. The house was in an older part of town, woodstoves were common. And neighbors told of have to cover their woodpiles with chainlink fencing, locked down due to theft. There were alleys that ran between streets, behind peoples yards. I think this easy access contributed to the theft, they'd either come through the back gate or just hop the fences to throw wood over and collect it in the alley. So, firewood theft is a thing.
I work at school district in the Illinois and one day we had power outages at are school for two hours. This was last month.
Love your channel dude 😎❤
I just got another couple cases of stuff yesterday. I suggest everyone might want to do so just in case.
Truckers in the Southeast say it will hit the consumer in two weeks.
Timing is everything.
Midterms will conclude in a little over a week.
Yes as a small trucker here in Diamond Bar it does not bode well for me and my family
Its like everyone was saying in June that there is only 2 months left of disel oil. Yet there is no shortage anywhere. Historically we always had about 40 days supply of diesel. Meaning if we stopped refining crude oil we can still go for 40 days
Less than half that now. Easy to disrupt. A prime target for terrorist cells across the Cartel-Slave-Trade Border.
Ed, it would behoove you to take this very very very seriously.
Make no mistake... sometimes God gives us the leaders we deserve...
We're made in His image.. might help if we start acting like it...
💯💯💯💯💯💯
Truer words were never spoken, Mississippi. No doubt about it. The leader that people deserve and beg for is at the door. Soon and very soon all hell will break loose.
I couldn’t agree more! When the vast majority of people follow Christ then the world will change its ways.
We had a whole flock of ducks at the community pond…they all disappeared when a new group of families moved into the community.
Wow! Now that is interesting. Duck is very popular in other Countries.
My oldest son and I are going to Darrell’s diner in Central Florida for Thanksgiving. We went last year and the food was amazing and plentiful! It was $13 a plate and everybody walked out with at least one to go box. It will be interesting to see what it is this year.
Doggie friendly too!.....
Good for you !❤ Wise choice! In the state I am in ( prices are crazy ,yet I am finding it cheaper to go to a restaurant!
