Amazing tutorials, but just to save a few people here there's one thing that can be fixed in the json files and that is the iso_checksum_type which newer versions of packer don't use anymore and immediately throw an error. Instead you now write the checksum type before the checksum like so: "md5: 3A1d0d...." and you need to remove the iso_checksum_type lines, hope that helps.

easiest fix will be , execute this command packer fix windows_10_choco.json > windows_10_choco2.json. then run packer build windows_10_choco2.json
