i repeted your same operation for the booting problem in comen star 8000E patient monitor(deconnect and connect the nappe and cleaning the boards with electronic spray ) the problem is not resolved it is need to recharge softwere or replace any board...??? think you for your feedback

You have to check the boards which has the spo2 , ECG on it. That board is faulty or the main board can not communicate with the Spo2 ECG board so check the main board or replace it
sir if the unit got a usb port or network port you can update the internal software if the mother company send you it , sir i think this type of issues mainly happen due to internal memory filled with patient data so by reseting the internal software or flash memory will do the job i think

First try clean the boards, if that don't work try and reload a new software
Reinstall the software. Its 100% software problem.
