Very interesting point about emotional and mental reaction vs physical reaction. Yes we are human, not robots, so sometimes it happens! With my situation (a job), I pulled myself together within a few hours of mentally and emotionally reacting, and started listening to Neville lectures and others. I said it's just the 3D catching up. I also did some scripting and felt sooo much better the next day. I'm back on track and getting my manifestation. Your videos have helped me as well, thank you 🙏❤

Yes, it's not so much the initial reaction, most of the time is that we build stories around what triggered the reaction and then we continue to react to these stories internally and sometimes also externally, sometimes for days or weeks.

I just had a couple days of reaction (internal thoughts and feelings) to my 3D... While i am making progress in my manifestation, every time things don t appear like i expect according to my story, i feel surprised and disappointed. I understand that this is due to my mental diet. Dealing wisely with reaction, as you mentioned, is a key in order not to spiral.Thank you Christina!💐
Remember that we don't keep a mental diet or do the manifesting practice to change the 3D, we do it to shift internally (without that there's no change in the 3D, or you may see small changes here and there and then things go back to where they were, or there's a lot of hot and cold etc.). So there's no point looking at the 3D to see if it's changed because that tells your subconscious you don't really trust the process and also you don't know when the 3D will reflect the change - often it comes when you least expect it.

I know i am the operant power...the only good thing about reality showing something undesirable which triggers me, is that i see which belief i should change.🧐Persist, persist, persist!🌟

Thank you for the amazing video! How would you recommend getting rid of intrusive thoughts, or the fear of creating something you don’t want in the 3D? Like a 3P?
Meditation tends to help calm down the nervous system. Also being aware of your thoughts and shifting them to more loving thoughts that are aligned to the reality that you want. This isn't easy to give a general answer to and it also depends on the person - often I work on it over multiple sessions with my coaching clients.

Hello, I suffer from pain in my body. How can I feel healing when I'm in pain?
This would take some discipline and some patience but it can be done. Relax as frequently as you can and try to block out the pain from your mind and imagine yourself pain-free. Practice this over and over, and over time it should become easier and easier and you should start feeling less pain in the 3D as well. Like I said, it may take some patience and definitely a lot of mental discipline. Research Joe Dispenza curing his spinal injury through meditation/visualization and a channel called Feeling Twisty who cured himself from being quadriplegic and wheelchair-bound by using Neville's SATS method.
