Hello friends! Welcome to another Sunday Reset. I made this video very relaxing and full of weekend chores. I do most of my cleaning on the weekends. How about you? In this Sunday reset video, I'm putting up groceries, doing the dishes, folding clothes and oh, so much more. Hi Robin! I live in the northwest corner of Massachusetts bordering both New York and Vermont. We’ve had more than our share of rain here in in New England! Our little town was spared damaging flooding but the towns around us weren’t so lucky. We’ve also been experiencing very hot and humid weather. This is new to us old New Englanders……In the 90’s maybe a handful of times per summer used to be the norm. Now it’s close to 90 with high humidity lasting weeks….We were also affected by the wildfires in Canada. The haze from the smoke was visible and sometimes you could actually smell it. Happy Monday morning Robin! I hope you are having a great morning! When we lived in our first home we had an above ground pool. It was a job to keep it clean because we had a big tree over the pool constantly shedding leaves. We did enjoy that pool so much though. My kids loved it as they were growing up. Hey Robin, here in North Florida it has been so hot and humid. Yesterday and today we did get some much needed rain. Praise the Lord! I always fold my clothes up right out of the dryer, if I didn’t they would never get done. Mopping is my most dreaded chore. Your flowers look so beautiful. Thanks for the awesome video. Take care!

Hi Robin! I’m in South Mississippi and it’s been extremely hot and humid here. We have gotten some rain, but not as much as usual for this time of year. Love your videos. It’s nice to find a UA-camr around the same age as me that also works a full time job outside the home. Our homes are very similar and I enjoy seeing how you arrange and decorate. I fold my laundry right out of the dryer and put it away because if I don’t, it seems like I procrastinate getting back to it. Currently in the process of cleaning out cabinets, closets, and pantry - so your video was a nice little break this evening. 🙂

Deadheading the plant with the pink flowers was so satisfying. 🌸 I really dislike cleaning bathrooms. And my favorite chore is vacuuming! ☺️ I like watching towel folding. 🌸 I fold clothes on my bed but it hurts my back a little. So I might start folding clothes etc. on top of my washer and dryer. So I can stand up. 🌸

Hi Robin, I'm one of those people who folds right out of the dryer and put away. I've always done that, it's just habit. Whatever works, lol. We had a gorgeous weekend, I was outside all day both days. It doesn't get much better than 80 degrees and only 40 humidity. I had to wear a sweatshirt in the evening out by the fire. It was gorgeous, but hearing our 1st heat wave is coming the end of the week, ugh! This past weekend was definitely a top 10!!Have a wonderful, safe vacation! Enjoy!! ❤️

Hey Robin. You asked about where we fold our laundry. My laundry room is just off the breakfast room/kitchen so I take my basket in there and fold on the table. I actually hang what I can on the line and still bring them to that table to fold. I enjoyed your video very much. I am teaching in Bible School this week, so everything is hurried and my chores are getting a lick and a promise if you are familiar with that old Texas phrase. I hope you enjoyed your family time.

Growing up we had rain barrels at the corners of our house. It is the safest water and no added stuff like in the city water.we had hard rains last week but it is so hot now that your sin is wet from the humidity. Oh and I am the dish washer in my house.ha ha.nice video today.

Your back porch is so nice and peaceful looking. You have very nice plants. I love the pioneer woman plant stand. I have one on my back porch. We have so many deer here it's hard to have plants. I've had so many beautiful flowers eaten this year. I get so mad at those deer. I have a back deck that's higher up and has railing around it so I can have some flowers back there but its very shaded so plants that require a lot of sun don't thrive back there. I have some inpatients that are doing okay there. Your dinner recipe looks sounds yummy. Your home and pool are very clean and pretty. I hope you were able to relax and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Also all the beautiful pioneer woman things look so pretty in your kitchen 😊

My laundry room is right off my bedroom. So my laundry gets folded on my bed. Funny thing is, my bed has to be made before I can fold anything. 😂😂 🤷♀️

I do have a pull vacuum... And it does a great job. We named her dolly... I don't know why. But there always is that stuff on the top of the pool.. Glad you got your chores done early to enjoy your weekend. I also live in Texas and some hot humid days. I use to make outdoor crafts, but now do indoor crafts with this heat. We are now empty nesters so I have a extra room to make up somethings . Your pool looks so GOOD!!! Loving your plants. We got a little rain Saturday night (7/22) half of a inch still need alot more. Hey Robin, Happy Tuesday. It can be hard not having a dish washer and I used to hate hand washing dishes. However, I’m starting to get used to not having one and I don’t mind hand washing them now. ❤ I’m just thankful to get a video from you every week there’s no need to try to kill yourself trying to post every Wednesday and Sunday on top of a full time job we understand. ❤ Don’t feel bad about not folding clothes because I still haven’t washed my clothes any this week which I need to do soon because I’m running out of clothes. 😢😅 I can find folding clothes really encouraging especially when I don’t feel like doing it. 😂 I fold my clothes on my bed while I’m watching UA-cam because it motivates me to get them all folded so they don’t stay on my bed while I’m trying to sleep. 😂

Yes, rainwater contains Nitrogen and the plants do love it more than just tap water. June 21st is the first day of summer (it's also my birthday 😉) We've had so much humidity and rain lately. I shouldn't complain because we were in a pretty bad drought in the spring but I'll be honest, this time of year I don't even consider going outside to 'enjoy' the outdoors. It's horrible. The mosquitos are terrible right now. Is that 'stick' a Plumeria? They smell so good when they boom! You got so much done today! I have all white towels and washcloths too...great minds LOL Great video as always Robin! Hope you're well!

I had a dishwasher but removed it and put in pot and pan drawers. Now, like you and Your husband, we are empty nesters but have more dishes than ever. Still washing by hand but wondering how the heck I have more dishes with just two people than I did with 5 🤦♀️
