Don't get me wrong.. they are all great songs, but they were all recorded within a 2 years span. Queen recorded their first 13 albums before these songs going back 18 years. You should go back to 1973 and listen from the beginning. You will be surprised! And I am sure you will find some new, unheard songs that will quickly become favorites :)

Just recently came back to watch this and noticed how for Don't Stop Me Now in the encore, Marc just takes the lead playing the piano accompaniment on his own, and everyone else in the orchestra and band (including the maestro) are flipping pages scrambling to keep up. He probably could have played the whole song on his own at that point.
The chorus needs to be taught their parts phonetically better. When they opened up with "eats a kind of majeek" it was definitely a distraction from the music. At times, Marc's microphone volume was way too low, as well. Was this really the FIRST time Marc's done Love Of My Life before an audience??? **Mind Blown**

This has been typical for the Symphonic Queen shows Marc has performed with - Innuendo is a number that highlights the orchestra sound, so Marc steps aside during it. Fingers crossed that UQC is planning to incorporate it though, when they're in Mexico in May!
I love Marc's voice and performance but his choir and orchestra are not in harmony . Maybe they are not necessary. I think Marc just need a drummer and a guitarist not rubbed string instruments.
It's a really fun concept, arranging the music of Queen for a symphony orchestra. They do seem less rehearsed and clean in their performance here, compared to what Marc brings to the production.

Edited, with apologies to m3m3m3: The mistakes show how difficult the music is. The audience seemed to love the show, which to me is all that matters. Marc's professionalism and grace to make it a great night is what endears him all the more. If the whole project was rushed, that is a shame.
in 'We will rock you' i kept thinking why does it sound so weird. I realise it's the floor tom and snare drum. Floor tom sounds like it's too small or too tight and the snare drum sounds like the snares have been turned off.
Okay, after watching that whole thing. That is the worst orchestra and choir I've ever heard in my life. What the hell.

I agree with you, but I invite you to hear the orchestra playing by her self with her conductor Jorge Mester. I think a lot of times the management company doesn't want to pay extra rehearsals, there you have the results: an amateur choir and a orchestra who just had one rehearsal. And that's all

I understand that the singers in the choir are Spanish, so they are more used to singing with the tone quality and pronunciation of Spanish music, but they really didn't try and learn the more English pronunciation of the lyrics and they didn't use the tone quality needed, so they were off pitch for most of it, which is a big part of what made the concert worse than what it should've been. It also seems that they didn't entirely know their lyrics.
Another part might be the men in the choir not knowing their part because I noticed the choir was using sheet music, but there was only stands in front of the women and the men were too far behind the women to see their parts
