I think open ai pulled back a few of their beta features (such as web browsing and possibly plugins). Hopefully it's just temporary.

As noted in the video, you'll need a ChatGPT Plus account to get access to ChatGPT Plugins. Plus members get this as a perk. It may become available to the public in the future as the library of plugins grows and improvements are made. Hope this helps.
