Can we get an update on this video with regards to Tesla Optimus 2 , and Boston dynamics atlas ,I think these two teams should come together and combine there technologies and engineering skills they could both benefit from an alliance
Elon could use the programmed Atlas to build on Mars, with the Bot to update programming in the Atlas for the job functions while both on Mars. Could test this on the Moon which is a lot more dusty to effect their functions.
well, seems quite obvious that you are biased towards the Tesla bot, so if someone were to watch this video they would assume the Tesla bot is better. If you'd like to create an unbiased video, try not using sentences that go as such, "Sure, Atlas can blah blah blah, but Tesla bot can blah blah blah."

Tesla isn't as impressive now, but they got the funding and the dream. If they team up with boston dynamics they could pump out a commercial box within 5 years.
Musk is no Team Player, he is a Boss Player. I guess he will never team up with them. These are competitors who are fighting him for business. They are currently about 15 years ahead of him. But when I see how long it took Boston and how far Musk is, that's a factor of like x10 in speed. He could catch up with them towards the end of the decade. On the other hand, Boston now belongs to Hyunday, a big player who has a great deal of know-how in robotics himself. They will not like to be looked at the cards themselves. Hyundai could counter and defend the lead. I think this is a big market and competition accelerates development. I'm looking forward to a race to I-Robot like robots.

You are right - the polished ones are the display units. Optimus is still under heavy development and that’s why it doesnt look exactly the same.
