What a surprise to hear this song. I love it since a very long time but I forgot a little about it. (I used to watch so many vids with this song and Linkin Park's songs generally) So it was very pleasant to hear it again, in one of your vid :) This is such a great choice because it fits Dean so well. (I never totally realised but it has very very depressing lyrics...). I really liked the whole vid but my favorite part is from 1:17 to 1:36 (your choices of editing with the lyrics of the song, it was just brilliant) . The moment where he said "Things aren’t the way they were before" with the black and white moment in the impala, it just broke my heart. (I must be a masochist, but when you watch Supernatural you always are a little ^^) It's not really your type of song, and it's cool to see you adapt your editing :) The end is more depressing than in your other vids, is that because of the song or is that because you are not hopeful for what is going to happen to Dean in season 10 ? :S

What a surprise to hear this song. I love it since a very long time but I forgot a little about it. (I used to watch so many vids with this song and Linkin Park's songs generally) So it was very pleasant to hear it again, in one of your vid :)
This is such a great choice because it fits Dean so well. (I never totally realised but it has very very depressing lyrics...).
I really liked the whole vid but my favorite part is from 1:17 to 1:36 (your choices of editing with the lyrics of the song, it was just brilliant) . The moment where he said "Things aren’t the way they were before" with the black and white moment in the impala, it just broke my heart. (I must be a masochist, but when you watch Supernatural you always are a little ^^)
It's not really your type of song, and it's cool to see you adapt your editing :)
The end is more depressing than in your other vids, is that because of the song or is that because you are not hopeful for what is going to happen to Dean in season 10 ? :S
Feuwise6 it's ineteresting, because when I heard the lyrics for the first time I also didn't think it's that depressive or sad or even emotional, but when I started to vid - whooaah feeeels!

mmm I would say, because I'm not hopeful for what's going to happen to these characters in general. We all know that it's not gonna be fairytale for any of them anyway, so I kinda vidded with that thought. Plus I was thinking about how his whole life Dean hated monsters and now, no matter how he tried to avoid it, he would be exactly one of them, so there was just no way that I would finish the video with a hope

I'm here! Again! About time I start opening my mouth and tell you more about what I think of the video don't you think? I LOVE IT obviously. It's so amazing. So many underused moments. The scene choices are not obvious (as I know you don't like when they are) and you chose one of my favorite pictures of Dean for the thumbnail. I really like your thumbnails - they are classy. Imagine my freak-out when this video showed up and it wasn't just yet a glorious video from you, it was for me, it was Dean and it was freaking LP. I think I almost started crying the second my name showed up in the video.
Alright about some moments:
0:09 "how hard you try" shit that editing O__O "Time is a valuable thing" showing the happy christmas scene and then around 0:18 with the clock counting down just genius.
0:30 "just to watch you go" oh my T____T 0:46, 0:54 epiiic chills. 1:10 "the way you were mocking me" omg perfect scene choice! 1:17 ouch
***** awwww you have no idea how glad I am that you've liked the way I followed the lyrics!!! I knew you like this band so of course I was nervous as fuck vidding it, because .. well I can't really describe it, but it's like a huge responsibility you know? I always a little worry when I make a dedication, but taking LP song ... OMG plus I've seen the way you vid thier songs and you're SO good at it so I was feeling like I'm trying to take over someone else's territory :) and rythm was pretty difficult to me, but I really wanted to do it. Actually like a 5 or 6 months ago I made myself a not that I will make you a vid with this song on your b-day, so I was sure that it would be worth it :)

Haha yeah I know what you mean with responsibility. And don't worry about the "taking over territory" cause it never even crossed my mind once. I get where you're coming from and I would probably feel the same way but you should know that I don't consider the LP+SPN combination as "my thing" and I don't ever feel threatened or "offended" or whatever if someone uses the same song and fandom much less the same band and fandom. Especially not you! The opposite actually - I ADORE when you use lp (I mean krwlng ooommmggg) cause it's just combining two of my favorite things: favorite band + favorite vidder = epic!! But still, tricky cause you have to be able to pull it off. But you do! You succeeded with the rhythm and you succeeded with impressing me! ;D

Yeah I guess it can be fun sometimes, the anticipation. Like waiting for Christmas (though you kind of know what you're in for there) But I often get my hopes up to high. And get slightly disappointed when it's nothing that special and I really don't want to be disappointed cause I love when people get me things or arrange things or shows me things how ever small it may be. Just any act that show they've thought about me, done something for me. Warms this little heart :3
