There's a theory that yeonjun has hallucinations and we can guess that by the fishes and his hand "bracelet" that resembles those paper bracelets that you get in the hospital and we can also see that at the end there was nobody around him and the car was completely fine. Also at 5:54 if you listen carefully you'll notice that there's only one person's footsteps signalling that he was alone the whole time.
In the Japanese MV you can hear her more clearly! Honestly if you ever decide to watch it, its best to watch after the original. Because seriously I cant decide if the Korean version is better or the Japanese MV. Its beautiful..
