I love Laura Geller, her baked bluhes are my favorite! I enjoy my Hourglass Butterfly palette too, they're both such beautiful formulas.

Yes!!! I agree, and I’ve been really obsessing over baked makeup the past couple of months😍🤗

Hi Lexi, I have alot of Laura Gellar and Bare Minerals. I used to have some LG baked eyeshadow palettes. They were only sheer shades, and I like more color now. I have most of her highlighters though. They were the first I ever had.

I was so incredibly happy to see your video. It’s funny because I had gone through an obsession just like this. I first heard of Laura Geller on QVC probably 20 yrs ago, I honestly didn’t think much of it until about a year ago when I started investigating more about makeup and realized how incredible baked formulas were and how a lot of companies have also started coming out with baked make up. Some have been doing it for years but I just didn’t realize how special it was at the time. In my opinion, Hourglass has the best formula. Since these products last so long, you are still getting the best bang for your buck. For me the best complement I can ever get is when people actually don’t even realize I’m wearing make up when the look at my complexion, I know that’s pretty obvious with eye makeup which I’m ok with. However, when it comes to complexion, I really don’t want an over the top glow. I have oily skin, so I wear luminous product only on perimeter of my face, but down the T-zone is a “no go” for me. I totally fine putting some of that on my eyes, and so I started to realize that the particles in Laura Geller blushes, foundation, highlighters. They are amazing yet they do show a lot of that highlighter look, and in comparison to Hourglass it definitely looks more like make up. I have purchased the essence, nude glow highlighter, just out of curiosity and a couple of their blushes. Because they’re so affordable I didn’t mind buying them just to compare, and they do look so incredible but They are a great economical alternative, it’s just the packaging that could easily come apart. I have the FLOWER Beauty bronzer. I even tracked on Poshmark, a discontinued, honest beauty highlighter in the tan shade, which is perfect as a bronzer on me. It is honestly one of the most amazing beautiful bronzer I’ve ever seen, and looks almost exactly like, the hourglass bronzer formula. Beauty pie has incredible skin enhancing products that are not baked but still give a very high end look and that is also a great way to save money. But as far as baked products absolutely goes to Hourglass. Again their products last so long for me the high ticket last is justifiable, because i get the best cost per wear.

Try a denser brush with the blush. I love both of these brands. I wear Laura Gellers Bake Balance and brighten daily! I use the Hourglass Ambient lighting powder in Diffused Light as my finishing powder. Great video!

LG had the Swirl baked gelato highlighters and they’re still my favorite highlight formula. I have four backups - I think they sell them at QVC or something, highly recommended 💛

Question about QVC, is their service pretty good? I just ordered from Laura Geller and they keep sending me the wrong product, the Balance and Glow instead of the Balance and Brighten. I would like to try more of their items but I don't think I want to order from their website any longer, even though it's likely cheaper.

@@taramisu9978I, personally, had zero issues with QVC- they’ve always sent me the right products. I would get in contact with customer service and explain your situation; get a full refund and make your purchase on Laura Geller’s actual site (just avoid anymore issues).

@@taramisu9978Laura Geller does frequent discounts on her website, especially if it’s the weekends or holidays. I would hold out near Valentine’s Day, I believe there’s going to be a greater discount.

@taramisu9978 QVC has excellent customer service, and I can't remember ever getting incorrect items. They have great deals on Laura Gellar and other brands. ❤

Girl, you need to clean your products before you go in air. It all looks nasty. That includes brushes too. Professional UA-camrs never go on air with dirty brushes. Also, when you buy something and it’s broken, send it back. Otherwise you embarrass yourself when you spill it all over on air on your crème rug.

Makeup itself, when loved and used, looks like this and it’s totally fine. It’s no biggie. This shows that she’s using these products frequently and enjoying them 💛

I keep it real🤷🏻‍♀️ I swatched the palettes after I used it to film, plus my hourglass palette is used and loved so it will look like it 🥰. I still use broken eyeshadow/makeup. It’s not the end of the world when makeup breaks. I purchased it online and didn’t want to deal with the shipping return and getting a new one. For just two shades that look like shadows I wouldn’t use everyday. And things happen I just go with the flow. I’m a full time nurse so I don’t have time to have super clean brushes. I think that’s in realistic 🤪. I do my makeup everyday before work and film when I can so cleaning brushes aren’t my priority before I film. I will keep your tips in mind
