First of all: nice that you re-instated this series. Second: I always try to figure out where your ride, but this time I fully got lost. Respect for your knowledge of the roads in London. Thanks for taking us with you. ;)
It is 43 years now since I rode London on my bike. Amazing how the streets and neighbourhoods have not changed, only the brands of motor vehicles. Thank God the red double-deckers, London's signature worldwide, were retained, as there were thoughts of abolishing them some years ago. So great to watch your videos, reliving the rides.

Yeah but as humans, we manage to crash crash on the ground, imagine the skies... this is why the FAA/CAA rules are super strict
"We" are never going to have flying cars. Why not? It's too inefficient/it uses too much energy and therefore too expensive. The only people who are going to have flying cars are rich people - so no "we".

It's too inefficient, period. Unless new physics is discovered, which allows us to hover everywhere without using energy and i don't see that anywhere in the near future.

And using transportation to get there that creates emissions in one form or another. They are bigoted hypocrites. The amount of pollution they've caused is massive,engines idling for such long periods creates much more than normal.

Haha! Love this dismount/pavement walk. I was stuck in a loop when the roads were closed up here in Glasgow and decided to hop off and walk it to the oped road ;)

Extintion Rebellion succeded to close Montreal's Bridge (Jacques Cartier bridge) on both side this week. People were angry couldn't go to hospitals or got there late for their appiontment

It's like saying "OK, I'll take Route A to get to my destination" only to find it's blocked. So you think "OK, I'll try Route B", only for that to be blocked. You bump into Police and ask for information on Routes C through G and get told they're no good. You keep trying route after route until "Finally, Route S is clear for me to get through."

7:25 - Even RJ gets lost..
Monday was Labor Day long weekend 20 min drive took 2 hrs. the next day people still returning home but in a panic due to a hail storm. Audi Merc and the like driving off the road up gutters to park under a leaf. It was the size of your pinky nail. made it easier for me as the road just opened up and I sailed on through.

The ironic thing is that these protests means that cars will sit stationary, idling for longer and have to drive further to get around them so their protest is very counterproductive

I still watch your videos. Maybe not as feverishly as i did but i can't ride anymore!😲 My spine problems got worse as i always knew they would. It wasn't the pain, i was ok with that for the way i felt in my heart and soul and the massive smile on my face when i rode but now my right leg no longer works at all and the other side is being affected!! I would have come to a stop one day and simply fallen over one way or the other.👎 I couldn't ride if i wasn't safe for other road users so i've had to stop. This will leave a hole in my life that i cannot fill😢.

So is there a huge problem with the way the congestion charge work today in London? From my understanding it works with the cameras in the city that read licence plates on the cars traveling there. Then it compares them to database to people who have paid the charge. In my country they are suggesting we should have mandatory GPS devices to track movements of the cars to be able to pay the congestion charges. That seems insane as we already have cameras that count traffic and display weather conditions and are also capable to read license plates.
I have seen enough of London to last me the next five years without the need to into it for a while.

I'm so jealous of your motorists. About 10% of people actually see me coming in when "filtering". Although in my country you cannot drive "between" the lanes, but you are allowed to overtake within the same lane. Problem is "filtering" or motorbikes are not so common here, so car drivers are not expecting them and act accordingly.

As another person said the vast majority of traffic in central London is commercial, IE SCAFFOLDING electricians plummers delivery drivers taxi mincab .

By blocking the vehicle users the cars idle would have produced a lot of bad gases so they need to think properly cars with engines on idle that's gonna still increase the problem gosh they don't think

You need to think about the scale. A few hundred cars idling for hours is nothing compared to the amount of pollution output per day.

I have a close friend who's part of the group and she was with a lady from Tottenham when they were protesting in London a couple months ago and this lady was arrested and my mate of got off and told to disperse coz they were going to the main protest when she got arrested. I've always seen it that everyone cares about the environment in a small way coz of we didn't then there would be rubbish everywhere on the streets.

Anthropogenic climate change might be a lie, but there are very real environmental concerns as well as serious social concerns. The system needs to radically change. We are enslaved and need to break free. The more disruption the better. And yes, I too was caught-up in the jams.
