Did you notice how Jón Ólafsson moves his baton to conduct the orchestra? He did a magnificent job to write the orchestration of this song and as a conductor!
True story; Eyfi did not wear that purple headband in the rehearsals. He first put it on moments before going on stage for the live performance. Stefán incredulously asked him if he was actually gonna wear that, and he said, "Yeah". 😂
It is Highway robbery that this one didn't win. And I say that as a Swede.
This song has beautiful lyrics. It would probably have gotten more points if people understood.
