i love how Liza is using her platform for this not because she’s black, because correct me if i’m wrong but she’s actually caucasian mixed indian, but because you can tell she really cares about it and knows they voices need to be heard, they lives need to be mattered.
she is a woman of color.
Liza isn’t black, she’s indian and white, but still nonetheless doesn’t take away the goodness of what she did.
Hatchepsut it does not mean that they are the same, or have the same culture. It just means non-white, which in nowadays society, means being seen as ‘inferior’ and often comes with less rights. It is acknowledging their lack of privilege and their common struggle which is experienced by their common factor, color. That’s just a simplification, but hope it helps :)

Speedy of the North that’s not the point of the black lives matter movement, that movement was created to humanize black people and make a point that we are people too because quite frankly we aren’t treated that way at times. So yes all lives matter but all lives aren’t in danger. Think of it as black lives matter too.

I was in tears as soon as the first part came on our world is awful judging someone for their skin colour, belief, looks, sexuality and anything else is not okay it's 2020 and black people still have to deal with this it's absolutely sickening. The justice system is corrupt. The world needs to change. #BLM
Yes in a modern society it is sickening. However it’s in your primitive brain to be nervous around someone who doesn’t look similar to you. A couple thousand years ago if you saw someone that looked considerably different than you went into defensive mode (fight or flight) because chances are someone that was different from you was going to try and hurt you. The hippocampus and the amygdala are connected and are there to help you sense danger and perceive threats. Obviously in a modern society we don’t need to worry about this as much anymore but the human brain is still fairly primitive so this is going to continue to happen. Doesn’t necessarily mean you are an awful person.

Listen, I don’t support all this protesting I think this all should be handled in court, and she’s supporting donation, protest, etc. I am not a ‘heartless animal ’ because I don’t support the type of protest she’s spreading. That’s why I don’t support it and I disliked, if she had a vid where she talked about how extreme things were getting and how it should be handled in a better way, I would like.

Akuma6666 here’s the tea, sure not everyone has experienced the trauma, but they have watched it ever since they were born and have been afraid for their life BECAUSE OF THEIR SKIN COLOR which should not be the case; and it seems like you don’t like the protests because they’re “violent” however NOT EVERY PROTEST IS VIOLENT NOT EVERY PROTEST IS A RIOT there are many MANY protests that start off and end in peace, but you also have to keep in mind that America is built off of violence because it’s sometimes the only way to get the attention of those who aren’t listening, but violence is not everyones intention; I’ve been reading through your replies and although I don’t think you’re an animal, I think you should take time to get educated about everything that has happened the past 1000s of years and see why people are protesting and even why people are so angry that they may result to violence; thank you for your donation :)

Though I am a person of color, I was born with the privilege of being light skinned. I’ve experienced racism and been through nights crying about what I’ve been called. Sometimes I feel scared being on the street as a female, immigrant, and Asian.
I cannot even comprehend what it’s like and how it feels to have to be scared for your life in a country your family built. . . I will keep fighting for POC, for who I am. And I will stand up for black lives matter, because fighting for human lives is everyone’s responsibility, not just ones of the oppressed.
