Frieza sweep I fear...personally, I think only Gohan at this point can legitimately beat Frieza rn imo. It would be a completely different story if Broly had full control of his Super Saiyan transformations tho.

I'm realizing now that the key to Frieza becoming infinitely more ruthless was to remove the noise of his lackeys. Without his army, while training in a hyperbolic time dimension of his own, he had the complete quiet silence to think and become stronger, like what he did in hell before Goku came to recruit him for the tournament of power.

Why did he trained?
Freeza, I think, is getting some good character development. At first he was a brat, had everything handed to him. Now he has difficult losses under his belt, is training to improve, EARNED his life back from a divine being, and seems to be more aware that he is not (currently) at the top, and is working to change it. I like that he even banters with the team. Still menacing as ever, though.
Frieza made it clear at the end of the movie that in order to defeat Goku and Vegeta, he needs Broly on his side. He will either kidnap Broly and control him like Paragus did or kidnap Cheelai and use that against Broly.
Frieza has already defeated Goku and Vegeta when he turned into Black Frieza, one shotting them both in their strongest forms, but decided to leave them alive, so that theory is invalid. Frieza either doesn't care about killing them anymore and just wants to rule over them or is aiming at something more and killing Goku and Vegeta is not that important to him anymore since he knows he is massively stronger than them now anyway. Perhaps he wants to control Broly to use him to attack Beerus since he knows that if Broly joins forces with him in his Black form Beerus would probably be defeated.
I think you could be in the right turning point of why frieza is searching for Broly. Due to Frieza achieving Black Frieza, it's possible that Frieza will want to get broly back on his force since it is true that Broly himself has lots of potential hidden within him. Broly is a mutant in the saiyan race like Frieza is of his race since they were both born with immense power. I think the reason Frieza is trying to find broly is maybe because he found someone who is similar to him and seeing that the legendary super saiyan with incredible power that was meant to kill Frieza could be a great asset to him for his army making his force the strongest army in the universe.

The legendary super saiyan has already been realized when Goku transforms into one. Then he defeats Frieza, Trunks kills him. There is no such thing as a Legendary super saiyan. It was only stated that it is a legend in saiyan history and no one had seen one in over a thousand years until Goku transforms into one.

The legendary super saiyan has already appeared and beat frieza, it was Goku. People are getting confused so let me help you out. As Vegeta tells it the last super saiyan appeared over a thousand years ago. It is stated as being a legend and in saiyan lore it has become something none of them have ever seen or witnessed. The legendary super saiyan was realized when Goku transformed into one. At the time Vegeta thought he was the only one that would have that ability in his bloodline. Broly is just a saiyan with mutated abilities in his super saiyan stage due to him being able to transform into an ikari form while in his original saiyan body. There is no Legendary Super saiyan it was only stated as being a legendary transformation. When vegeta fought broly and saw his power he said nothing about oh he could be the legendary super saiyan. In fact it’s not even mentioned ever. That is my take on it. Thoughts?

I disagree I believe that Frieza only wants the legendary potential of kale and broly..... He wants their DNA. HIs people have the technology to infuse him with the DNA from either of the two, unfortunately kale is in a different universe and broly is in his, so he can get to him. he's seen the potential in action and now he wants the usage so he can have that type of amplifier to go with his black form. This would dramatically increase him to a new form and a new level..... This is just my theory but I think it's quite accurate and as you stated, has already technically been foreshadowed 💪🏾😎👍🏾💯
When the next arc starts in the manga and eventually gets adapted into the anime, it'll be fascinating to see how Frieza evolves, whether he convinces Broly to join his team, making the Frieza army overwhelmingly powerful and a universal threat again, or if he fails to rebuild the Frieza force and instead uses his black form to dominate and, for most of the Black Frieza arc, obliterate the Z fighters, including Broly, in their most powerful forms at the start. Although I assume that by the end of the Black Frieza arc, they will get upgrades that give them the upper hand against Black Frieza at some point.
Either that or it will be a team effort where they all have to work together up to the very end to defeat Black Frieza because he's so powerful. I could see that being a possibility, but with how other arcs have ended in the past, I'm going to assume that it's going to be one person who has the final blow on Black Frieza with an upgrade that they obtain to increase their combat power to a point where they could obliterate Black Frieza in the end.
Either way, Black Frieza is a threat, and as far as mortals go, Frieza seems to be the strongest mortal in this series right now.
I feel the anime does certain characters dirty and the manga gives them the true respect they deserve cause the anime not everything the characters did in the manga cause some ofthe stuff from the manga I seen seem better then the anime7:20

Frieza can either use Cheelai as collateral to get Broly to fight for him or brainwash him. If Frieza knows anything, he knows he can't fight Vegeta, Goku and Gohan at the least considering how they continuously get stronger and manage to continue to surprise him.
If Frieza is plotting and planning as much as he usually does. Broly won't join him willingly and more than likely will find a way to stop Cheelai and Lemo from doing the same. So Frieza is going to do it the old school way, in which we would expect him to.
The far reaching goal of Frieza so far wouldn't be something short term or small considering now that he's seen the angels, Zeno, universal dragon balls and everything. His far reach plan at the very least would be to overpower Beerus and become the god of destruction, before overtaking all the other gods of destruction and then overtaking Zeno himself.
Painting Frieza as a galactic overlord might just be a pitstop on his way to the ultimate goal and someone like Broly who he can train to overcome him at Frieza black can possibly be power pushed to beat Beerus and Gogeta SSB/UIE as well. That level of Broly also pushing past current Gohan Beast as well.

I keep on telling y'all that broly is way more powerful than anyone else in this world and Frieza knows that, beast Gohan ain't nothing compared to broly.
I think Gohan is a legendary super saiyan too only he's half human which gives him a greater array of emotions. He is also raised by in a loving environment. Whilst Saiyans have battle hardend minds so when they snap they truly go into a rage. But it stands to reason thats what goku realised upon fighting with beast gohan.
It really does feel like Beast Gohan, is the hybrid version of LSS. Literally can take in as much ki as he wants, but chooses to keep it at a level where he won't snap like Broly.
Also gogeta spared freeza, before that Goku promised he’d resurrect him & then Whis did it. His pride would lead him to do the samething back to goku/vegeta which is why he just leaves instead of killing them. Outright killing goku/vegeta at this point wouldnt really even be satisfying for him anymore, having Broly do it for him might be but regardless Broly is a chess piece in Freeza’s mind now and Freeza now clearly has much higher ambitions than worrying about beating goku/vegeta.
Here's an idea that Frieza might utilize to get Broly on his side and utilize his power... Get Captain Ginyu to swap bodies with Broly and then fuze with frieza

One thing the writer(s) can always draw on to expand the story is that Frieza has more knowledge on Sayians as species than even Vegeta has on his own people. Broly and frieza have the same rapid growth in fighting exp. So after broky trains we really wont know how strong they'll be after this training arc . Broly nor Kale are the Legendary super saiyan, Broly's green haired form is strictly in the movie Toriyama didn't want to include it but Toei decided to anyway to hype the movie up and like in the trailer clips it's called full power super saiyan officially. The green hair form for Broly doesn't exist in the manga he only has blonde hair in the manga and he's never called the legendary super saiyan. 12:37 Vegeta didn't kill frieza in revival of f movie it was goku after time was reset. @@DragonballBlack The problem with that is whis and beerus sees Broly using his full power super saiyan form in the manga, which is blonde, and beerus comments that it's just super saiyan and whis doesn't discredit or elaborate meaning from their eyes the form isn't special the only one that thinks so is gohan commenting on its power so the best we can say is it's a higher grade of normal super saiyan that we have never seen before. The whole legendary super saiyan thing was already settled in the Namek arc it was literally built up that goku would realize the legend of the super saiyan and beat frieza and he did so Goku would be the legendary super saiyan not broly, Kale or anyone else unless toyataro one day just goes "broly is the legendary super saiyan"
Considering Beerus and Whis knew so little involving Super Saiyan God and all that really doesn't help. Since for their age they have little no information involving their History for the Dimension. @Solesteam Yet with the legend and all that jazz, that blip became the focal.point for these two characters to cause an introduction. The newer series resolves around the blip that is super saiyan and it's misconceptions of what state is the true thing. The cats opession over it was downright childish that he would destroy the planet of over it. Which in itself is dumb since it brings down the rating of the universe and all that.

When you remember even in the Resurrection F movie. He even offered up the position of Supreme Commander to Vegeta to that they could rebuild the Frieza Force. It makes sense he’d want that for Broly a new powerful Saiyan under his control

When Broly took Massive amount of Damage from Gogeta during the intense fighting, that must have helped him to make him stronger than he is, which at the end, LSSJ2/3 Broly can Match a Black Frieza. The Thing is, Broly doesn't get transformations because of his current power, the scales between SSJ levels and LSSJ levels is huge. Golden Frieza couldn't take LSSJ 1 broly, SSJB Goku and Vegeta couldn't take him either, it required Gogeta, that says that a 1 VS 1 on Broly, ANy of them will lose. At this point, Broly is a divine beast that can only be defeated by Beerus if we are talking 1 vs 1. When Black frieza and broly Meets again, we are talking about a LSS2/3 broly strength vs Black Frieza.
Broly’ll find out that Freeza killed Paragus and destroyed Planet Vegeta. The former will possibly push him to reach ssj3, under the right circumstances (Cheelai being in danger).
Frieza wants Broly because if Broly is the true legendary super saiyan. He wants Broly to unlock Legendary Super Saiyan God so they can beat Beerus. Beerus is after the Legendary Super Saiyan God too, to pass the honours of God of Destruction to them after he finds who it is and fights them. That will be the next arc
