Top effort! Well done on the Cod, you fished hard and got your reward. A mammoth session on little to no sleep, I doubt I would have lasted until midday. Thanks for the video on beautiful Chesil.
Hi Wayne Well done mate congratulations on that codling, and the rest of your fish Not many would have fished through those conditions hats off to you Stay safe , keep them coming Regards Al
Top work Wayne 👏 👌 great to see you go from a tired old man to a young spring chicken with that beautiful codling mate. Maximum effort = Maximum reward.
I loved this video Wayne because I'm always telling people to pick a target and no matter how unlikely it seems just work hard, concentrate and believe. So many anglers give up way too soon when things are hard but there is no greater buzz in fishing than when a plan works, especially when you have had to work really hard to achieve your success. Knowing that it's possible is enough even if it's a long shot because the sense of achievement when you succeed is beyond words. Easy fishing is fun but the kind of challenge that you have just demonstrated is on another level.
Amazing Wayne an early codling, You stuck it out and done what you predicted, forgive you for the nap mate you needed it. Well done, mission accomplished.
Having been like yourself fishing 2or 3 times aweek in uk Then to move away to Thailand 20 plus years ago I no longer fish beaches. I have greate pleasure watching your self and Ian Clark. My type Anglers keep it up
Another great video mate lovely cod .well done hoping they are up in Northumberland this month as sea is just starting to lift this week. Well done great watch effort pays off 👍
off to cyprus, we lived in napa for a time, brilliant fresh fish restaraunts, pick your own lobster in the tank and they cook it for you. giant squid rings cooked perfect with lots of tazaziki yum, yum, good fishing to. sure you will have a great time. looking forward to a video maybe? and as always great video and as always plesure to watch.
well done wayne for sticking it out with little sleep i know the enthusiasm wains when tiredness bites in but it all makes it worth it with a nice cod . I have been trying for the stingers in the solent but only managed them on the boat so far. I do still have it on my list for this year to get a stinger from the shore. Look forward to your next video

Great session Wayne they were some tough conditions. Can't wait until these high winds drop so I can get back down there and fish in conditions I can cope with.
Hi wayne you ok , well done on your codling , stunning fish. We had the best winter for a few years last year on the humber for codling. The bad news today thow is, they red flagged cleethorpes beach my local and 5 from spurn up the coast coz of sewage. It winds me up bigstylo wayne a bit of rain and its ok just dump raw sewage into the sea and rivers. All the best from GRIMSBY.
Big smile on my face to see you with that cod mate ! I'm down there in 3 weeks time again I'm hoping the trigger fish turn up as well ! That was lots of hours and effort put in mate proper deserved thar codling 👏👌👍
Outstanding effort. I'm up in Aberdeenshire and will be spending some time between bait and lure for the red cod (kelpies), pollack and wrasse locally. Seeing you catch the target and of that quality there made me sit up for sure. Commitment paid off - well done again!
really good quality video brother audio and videowise. added to that is your cheerful personality and your great efforts through the day topped with a sexy pendulum. i had a nice time watching it. i just decided a few days ago that selling my Century rods was a mistake and i need to get back immediately but somehow its harder to get decent rods secondhand than what it was 10 years ago.
Another brilliant video Wayne. Fished West Bexington yesterday on the back end of the storm and the conditions were less than desirable to say the least. Fished whole squid and rag on both and managed a strap and a codling until both my Penn mag3s kept blowing up on me. Hard going but an enjoyable session 👍
OMG A summer cod! I always think of cold winter for cod but chesil can throw up anything anytime but you targeted it and got it bloody well done Wayne. I really did think you'd get one on those live pout. Putting all those hours in your a star mate. 😊
