I am sorry to say the vibration hasn't gone. The information you provided in this video is incomplete. This process is only partly correct. After cleaning the throttle body, you should also clean the MAF sensor. Only then will the calibration work properly. The ECU will automatically adjust the calibration to live data. Which means when soot is formed on the throttle body blade, air is restricted and ECU will adjust fueling and mixing according to air intake volume. When you clean the sensor too this system will take some time to auto adjust to the new reading. Only then the vibration is solved. This is a 4 cylinder car but vibrating like a 3 cylinder car. The problem is not solved by erasing the code. It'll come again after some time.
@@sachinarya8972 Please check if you have error codes using OBD scanner. The common reasons for vibrations are 1. cylinder misfire (compression loss), 2. pre-ignition (engine timing issue), 3. choked intake (old dusty air filter), 4. injector issue (dirt blocking injector holes due to poor fuel quality or very rarely manufacturing defect)or 5. malfunctioning MAF sensor (soot on the sensor or rarely sensor problem). If the problem is not engine related then it could also be a worn engine rubber mount. If it happens vibrations can be felt inside the car. Note: I have only pointed out possibilities because a proper diagnose will only be possible after a physical inspection of your car. If you have engine issues like cylinder misfire, you will have to inspect if the cylinder is holding pressure (compression test). If compression loss happens in one cylinder it can cause vibrations throughout the engine. In case of pre-ignition, then timing will have to be reset. In case of injector issue, that part must be serviced or replaced. If you're lucky and if the problem is only the throttle body and MAF sensor issues, they can be cleaned, but then if these parts are the problem the whole engine should not vibrate as shown in the video. Usually soot in throttle body and MAF causes a little extra vibration and RPM fluctuation because air flow is not smooth. But if your engine is vibrating as much as the engine shown in the video, the problem is mostly something else.
@@Sobin16 Sir, Please help me to find MAF sensor in Ford Aspire 2018 model. I have cleaned Trottle body. I am unable to locate MAF sesnor in my Ford aspire-petrol Engine
which obd scanner u r using
