This how countries apex court is operating. Lawyers and Judges come to court without preparation and without even prior reading .. every thing is going on in court just like students came to exam without preparation or teacher came to lecture without preparation.

Credit to cj for bringing them into the public so public can see how the public servant are serving the people
and how appointment are made on political considerations. A driver of naval ship or aircraft is appointed to drive two important institutions towards destruction. Same is true for appointing a cricketer and samosaywala to destroy a nation. And why not a fresh graduate from oxford or a dako through the curse of democracy which is a best revenge from a nation, God gifted.

Does this man have any credible qualifications to be a Chief Justice of the highest court in Pakistan. Every day he exposes his bias, his dishonesty. Every single day since he was given this post, he has blatantly flouted the oaths he understood ( with his wife by his side) and dishonored the sanctity of the Supreme Court. He degrades all the lawyers -he breaks the constitition every single day!
What is your qualification and credentials to pass this kind of judgement on a person who has obviously passed all the required exams to sit on that seat. Look at yourself first and then open your mouth

You must belong to youthia nation. A solid judge, who was THOROUGHLY investigated by a full bench of his colleagues, runs his court openly, is not to your liking. His integrity is much higher than a limited mind can fathom.
