He's very proud of you, and it shows. I think one of the things he's experiencing is a culture shock, especially with the vlogging. I his day, when he would have rented a place, it would have been vastly different, so it's something he has to get use to... But all in all, he's very proud. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Yes I agree it was interesting looking at him making his observations and calling out the things he saw. Maybe back in the days apt didn't provide appliances and the contemporary look is unfamiliar. He's a sweet man and I agree he is proud of his grandson you can tell!

My Grandad was peaceful and caring just like your grandfather, He also helped me alot when I got my first place and I always sought his opinion before I did anything. We unfortunately lost him two weeks ago but I will always cherish the great memories that we had together.😢😭
