Is it the angle of the camera or does it look about ready to fall over to it's right? Also, this thing has a moderate air leak it seems, look how little the screen is moving. With it being torn, it should be able to be moved by the blowers air supply much easier.

It is not the camera, the siren itself is leaning to one side.
The blower motor's weak due to lack of maintenance, it's not an air leak, and that may explain why the screen isn't moving that much
