Following on from the car's adventure at Mallory Park ( • Citroen 2CV BMW at Mal... ) Sparrow Automotive's 'Test Mule' takes on the vintage and classic sports cars at this legendary hill climb circuit. Pete Sparrow's first visit resulted in many raised eyebrows and very competitive class times.
This conversion is available for your 2CV or other suitable Citroen A series.

Luuuuuurrve the quality of the film. I expected Steve McQueen to quietly pull up in a Porsche at the start. The BMW twin seems so sympathetic to the car. Some 2cv/monster engine conversions seem to be all about 'the piss take' - when we know the car is worth so much more ;)

How does the gearbox keep up with this "abuse" ?

How fast is the Bugatti Veyron up the hill? It's only got 2 seats so not as useful as the 2CV, in a different insurance band as well.
Roger Hudson and it weighs so much too, bound to be slower than the 2CV

chatnel numéro 5 C'est aussi un moteur 2 cylindres boxer, mais celui là vient de chez BMW.
Faire pareille avec un moteur gs comme celle de James bond 007 la jaune ils ont monter un moteur gs pour le film et faire pareilles sur 4 cylindres en forger j aurait la 2cv la plus rapide puisque 12 et 12 =2L4 en 4 cylindres

Bejesus that driver is so dangerous pulling the steering wheel from the inside with an inverted palm in an effort to get round corners !!!!!
I'd hate to see him need to correct anything with that sort of twisted mixup going on.
