This is the first time Buggy seemed like a true former member of the pirate kings crew.
He’s come such a long way 😭.
And perhaps it's thanks to Luffy. Without meeting him, Buggy would have just stayed in East-Blue.
mihawk being hesistant to pick a fight with luffy and mentioning him alongside blackbeard and shanks was so satisfying and it felt like an accomplishment for the crew

Buggy really shows that some people aren't meant to be Captains. For the people wondering why Mihawk doesn't foster a crew or why Crocodile fails in leading, it's not in the cards for them. Seeing Buggy triumph in this Chapter shows what it takes to be a leader. The conviction he had behind those words was of the likes we have been sparse to see!
I think that Buggy is Xebex's son. We always theorize where Shanks came from on Roger's crew, but what about Buggy??

Frankly this is the first time, after buggy chapter, one piece started to feel like real pirate story with all big parties now gearing up for One piece treasure. I am starting to feel it won't be like Blackbeard Pirates vs SH pirates but rather a scramble to get One Piece in between all these factions, like a 'Real' pirate story
This is Buggy's finest moment, he has a new purpose, new ship and everyone better look out because Buggy will be the next pirate king.
Also let us have of moment of silence for T Bone, he will be missed.

Buggy stocks are definitely up. Man, now that I think about it buggy is the most intriguing character in one piece to me. Because there's a tremendously wide gap in between him arguably being the most pathetic character and this intense, fiery display of self conviction, bravery, and heroic duty. We're talking about a deeply layered character here
Buggy galvanizing the whole Guild was a clever tactic to force Mihawk and Croc's hand. I hope he gets to be a real player in the race and intervenes in other global conflicts through either serious intent or clownish randomness 😂

Hey, if Buggy can reignite his dreams of greatness, maybe there’s hope for Moria to do the same.
What if the Shadow Man is a perfect ally in the fight agaisnt Blackbeard and he pairs with someone to do it, maybe to protect Perona. It would be beautiful!
So proud of Buggy. I wasn’t sure what to expect of him being a Yonko but now I see them as a threat. (And seeing Mihawk refer to the Straw Hats on equal footing was so awesome)

Moria, Perona, Doflamingo (and whatever members of the Donquioxte family are still around), and Weevil should all join Cross Guild. The only Warlords I don't see joining are Law (because he's packed up), Jimbei is with us and Boa is also fully going to ally herself and the Kuja to the Straw Hats as well. Plus could you imagine how tense conversations between Doflamingo, Moria and Crocodile would be?
I dont know if Doffy would ever be under someone. Perhaps work with them for his own benefit
@@polmao A fair point, but the best way to keep hyping up Cross Guild is to have all these major villains team up (and yes I'm even including the East Blue ones as well because seeing Morgan, Kuro, Kreig and Arlong appear again would be so full circle for the story)
Law might actually join Cross Guild to get some help against BB & rescue his crew. Rescuing Pudding in the process might also get the Big Mom pirates on Cross Guild’s side
The only one capable of keeping Katakuri in check would be Mihawk though

Because when you think about it, Luffy becoming Pirate King is just a stepping stone BUT what the most important thing for him is, his DREAM!!
From the very beginning of this series, Luffy always say "I'm gonna be the King of the Pirates". And Yamato in Wano arc, Yamato always say "I want to set sail or i want to join the Straw Hats" but at the end of the arc, it didn't happen
Buggy becoming the Pirate King will absolutely the biggest plot twist. Plus Oda's favorite character in One Piece is BUGGY. I won't be surprise because Oda is really bias with Buggy's character

2. He has the same power luffy has but works in different ways.
3. He is smart enough to know that they don't have to fight other yonkos in order to reach the goal.
Yes I do believe the way he stated he wants to be the pirate king was the funniest and weakest way that line has been said so far, but I like how Oda portraits him 😂.
Maybe shanks waited because he wanted to compete with joyboy, and since Roger wasn't him, he started after Luffy was confirmed to be joyboy(or the user of the nika fruit). Maybe that is why he stole the fruit.

For joining Crossguild i can see Moria (with Perona), Weevil if he gets rescued, Law and Boa join. Law and Boa on their own terms probably temporary. So 7 warlords of the sea again. And if Buggy arrives late on Laugh Tale i can see him becoming pirate king. Someone has to take credit for the what the Strawhats do there. And since they are off to visit Enel, Buggy is the logical choice especially if the Strawhats defeated Blackbeard on Laugh Tale.

@@XJSPlays02 It gives Law the opportunity to find his crew. Since Buggy had to do the same thing after his defeat by Luffy. I think they wouldn't mind Law joining for that.
on the topic of Kujaku being Tsuru's grandaughter I believe that SWORD officer Hibari could be related to another legend within the Marines I believe that Hibari could be related to Bogart as his fedora hat obscures his eyes and Bogard is based off US actor Humphrey Bogart so could speak with a Hiroshima accent which is close to an American accent and would explain the close relationship that Sakazuki has with Dragon with some form of grudge.
what if the one piece isn't for one crew, you get one piece of the treasure and some how the only way to obtain it is to bring someone with you that you respect as a true equal that on there own tried to accomplish the same thing, Roger and his crew would laugh because "damn if we bought whitebeard with us we could have claimed it but he said they weren't ready looks like we came to soon" it would also give an equal layer of meaning to the straw hat promise

I've been thinking of the post one piece world.
Luffy is king of the pirates & has established his own grand pirate kingdom, inhabitants known as the Joyboy pirates.
The post-Imu navy, now the All Blue Navy under admiral Koby, is allies with the Joyboy pirates & grants them warlord privileges. Also the all Blue Navy allows fishmen, skypians, mermaids & abhumans to join, further boosting their power.
General Buggy has adopted his Buggy's Delivery model to the Joyboy pirate military, so now Joyboy pirates can be sent out to help the Marines on peacekeeping missions or act as mercenaries for warring countries.
With the red line mostly sunk, the All Blue Navy & Joyboy pirates can more easily travel the world creating an era of peace & stability that the Gorosei couldn't dream of.
So is there a video on smoker replacing Sengoku & Fujitora replacing garp for the next generation of pirate, king, or era of piracy’s because it seems like everybody has expressed with every other character sitting in the story except for those two characters

Buggy commanders vs Luffy commanders. Zoro vs Mihawk, Jimbei vs Crocodile and Sanji vs Alvida. Zoro and Mihawk is destined to happen, Jimbei is the most obvious opponent for Crocodile from the SH crew, and Sanji needs to fight a woman because there's nobody else even remotely strong enough in Buggy's crew to take him!

I still don’t think that Luffy is on Garp or Shank’s level. I think he might be able to handle Blackbeard as long as he’s not ambushed but I honestly kind of doubt it at this point. I think Vegapunk hinted at DF awakenings big drawback when he said that usually the fruits personality overpowers the user. I think that’s what is leading to Luffy’s fatigue. I also think that he’s going to have to get another Haki boost and master the full potential of gear 5 before he’s on the same level with the other Yonko, excluding Buggy because Buggy isn’t even in the same power class since he is significantly weaker.
