@@NikkiPhillippi of course Logan is just BEAUTIFUL! Yes I use to wake up in the morning and the minute my feet hit the floor I was moaning and in so much pain I would cry. So I went to the doctor and was diagnosed then we started trying all the therapy. I went to a podiatrist he recommended the HOKA with in setts and I’m alive again lol I thought I was dying and was loosing my ability to walk ( I know dramatic lol). So proud of you 👍🏼 your doing a great job as a mother and wife and cooking. It’s incredible how I’ve watch this young girl turn into a woman. God Bless you love all 💕

I have had back and hip pain for over six years especially when walking. I have had two back surgery sense and could never find a good pair of shoes until I went to Fleet feet a few months ago. Do it! It’s the best decision I made.

planter fasciitis can often an immune issue which is why it went away while
you were pregnant. Result of infections like lyme, parasites, etc.
Very interesting…I’m inclined to think that’s not the case for me…but you’re sending me down another wormhole for sure cuz I didn’t realize there could be that element for people

@@NikkiPhillippi its possible its not! However, mine also went away when pregnant as well, and I definitely have some immune challenges. It's definitely something most people don't consider. may be worth the wormhole!
@@danielleresar5755 very interesting…it’s the only injury I have the retracted when pregnant…so it’s definitely very interesting…I had just assumed since it was my newest injury the stem cells had helped with inflammation…but yes, definitely worth the wormhole!:)

This is corny sounding, but read the book “How To Win Friends and Influence People”…then start reaching out to people in your community! Church…coffee shop…grocery store…wherever! It’s amazing how IMO once you know how to talk with people you can find friends anywhere! 👍🏻☺️

You can keep unwashed chicken eggs on the counter up to two weeks if they're out of the sun! When you go to use then if you think they're not any good, put them in water in a bowl if they float, they've gone bad.
Ok you’re making me realize that duh….if I want to crack open my eggs and put them in freezer bags to preserve them I can obviously test them in water first!! Thanks for reminding me!😭🙏🏻🙌🏻

Have you ever tried making kombucha? The soda looks cool but making kombucha is actually a whole lot simpler!!
I have and I wasn’t successful! 😭😭😭 maybe I need to try again though since I’m much deeper into sourdough now and I feel like fermentation in general is making more sense to me lol

I had the most agonising plantar fasciitis and the cure for me was curcumin supplements plus wearing Birkenstocks from the minute I woke up until I went to bed. Cured.
I’ve tried wearing my Birks all day and it didn’t work:( I also take curcumin every day in pretty large amounts…I’m so glad that worked for you tho! Thanks for sharing with me! Praise God you’re healed!!!!🥹🙏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻🎉

as far as shoes yes you need to invest in some good shoes I have Brooks and they’re good. I’ve also heard of hokas are good you just have to find ones that fit you the best and have a good arch. Always ice and exercise.

@@NikkiPhillippi you can also try Force of Nature. Both Briotech and F of N use hypochlorous acid. (If I remember correctly, it’s the same acid our white blood cells make. It’s been a long time since I researched it so I could totally be remembering wrong.)Definitely worth looking into. Like I said, I’ve used Briotech and now bought the F of N to see if I like it. Haven’t used yet, so no review.

Nikki you may already know this, but those yellow flowers in your garden are st johns wort and are suuuuper powerful for nerve pain and nervous system and muscular pain! An infused oil could probably help you a lot, it's my fave for sciatica ❤❤❤

Hi Nikki! I also suffer from planter fasciitis and have to wear indoor shoes, for the summer I’d recommend adidas slides - I’ve got two pairs and they’re sooo comfortable. Definitely go in store and make sure they’re the softer arched version bc I’ve noticed some of the slides they’ve got have rly hard bottoms!

I love the patio set. This year I have been into second hand furniture. I have been needing to furnish my house but new furniture is expensive so I have been thrifting, going to yard sales and searching on fb marketplace. It takes time to find the right pcs but its always worth the wait.
YES! We feel the same way! The move to Idaho and all the circumstances surrounding it made buying all new furniture not make sense…plus exactly what you said is true! It’s so worth the wait and most of the things I’ve found I actually legit love! It feels like a treasure hunt 😭✨
