When I made these tractors I made them as realistic as possible. Take into consideration that no in-game equipment is used with these. They were also released before I could do the 3 points on them. There was so much more I wanted to do to them, and fix but lost interest when they were released. There is plenty of equipment to use, just have to look. I will be converting them to 19 when it comes out, same with all of the mods I have done.
I love the hand starting sound on the 60 and 70, nice touch......The pony motors also shared coolant with the main engine as well as the exhaust from the pony running close to the intake of the main engine I believe. In cold weather you could start the pony and let it preheat the main engine
It is a nice touch, but they were never hand start... in nit picking on these tractors something fierce, I should settle down a bit because they are very nice. Some minor problems with them though.
OMG! Those look great and sound amazing! I grew up around an old Model A and an 80 (which had that pony start you mentioned). The 80 had a massive 7.7L Diesel and the pony starter was a little V4. I definitely have to get these mods, they would bring back some good memories.
Lots of models to choose from for Giants, it will be interesting to see which ones they choose. My guess is the 4020 will be in 19, I'm almost 100% certain it will be.
Jeffrey Myers . Do you know if the model 8020 is out there? I saw the mod reviews that Randy did on the old JDs and I’m following you on the server 3 map. The mods that you’re using are great.
They really need to make a cultivator for these that mount under the bottom like the international c tractors had. Cant cultivate much but on small maps it’s ok and ya really realistic. I just how they add herbicide and pesticides in on the new fs19. Makes for a better game. John Deere American farmer had it and was really nice
The 10 series (60, 70 80) had electric starters and pony motors with a fly wheel guard (unless you meant the belt pulley was spinning) and I don't think any were hand start. And the 850 in that style and engine doesn't exist, the 850 was built during the new generation with a 4 cylinder I belive. they quit building the pleated grill body style and 2 cylinder engine after the 30 series. This mod is a train wreck for realism
The 1958 john deere 850 does exist now you maybe asking yourself "the 1958 john deere 850 does not exist" well this is true, the 1958 john deere 850 was a prototype and there where multaple prototypes there was the 750 and 850

Definitely will be looking forward to them in 19 then!!
@@radozeman What about console edition.
Did you convert a 5020 to fs19?
please put them on console for fs22 pleaseeee
Lovely bunch! Wish I was in your review to give some viewers a lesson on these awesome tractors!
If you have time sometime we should!
If you want to do it again, it's up to you.
That is a very realistic starting sound my family owns a John Deere AR and a John Deere BR and that is almost identical to our tractors
nice
Fun fact!
The 850 model is the prototype of the 30 series of the 2 cylinders.
They look great but the 50 and up didn't have exposed flywheels and the 630 was never diesel so it wouldn't have a pony motor
Late As and Bs had a flywheel cover also.
It's just wether you have the cover on or not lol

Yes, love the start sounds!

They are cool!! Unfortunately not much you can do with them in the game.
Can they possibly make a 50 and 40 series ? Nice video downloaded them !
Not sure, would be nice though!
The 850 was just a older module for the 820 and they used the 850 was used for road work
They could add the 5010 JD, I have one. It’s from Ertl 1:16 scale.
5010 is already in there.
Jeffrey Myers . Yes I know, it’s really nice to see the model . I hope they add it in fs19 on the console. ☺️

I haven't seen one, that doesn't mean it isn't out there though. There could be private ones.
thx Allen, again a very nice review!
thanks!
can you get this mod on xbox one edition because I have farming sim on xbox
No
It is a narrow front
thank you.this is awesome
They are yes!
Good video
thanks!
Are these mods downloadable for farming SIM 22?
Not that I have seen.
It'll make my heart really sing if they did.
Good mod Rdallen
they are yes!
I would love these in fs19
Same here!
@@radozeman do you know who makes these mods
Also the JD 4020
Where do I get this mod I looked up the mod pack I didn't see lt
Links should be in the description
My uncle has a 730 diesel the startup sound is almost exactly like it (the 730 gas startup mind you)
cool!
I wish they would make the letter series because I personally have a 1947 John Deere GM
John Deere ist best or ? 😍😍😍😍
not those older ones when you run a belt grinder since there a 2 cylynder it would make the belt jump andfall off

Has anyone found a fixed mod for the pto issue?
Gear mod helps or so I’ve been told
John deere
Personally I would rather see Oliver
I'd go John Deere
Really hoping to see this pack brought to farming simulator 19 for the console players
sucks
There is a john deere 850 but it was a prototype and there was even the 750 prototype
We have a 630 on are farm
nice!
The 620 wide does not have a pony moter normono. And the 602-30s are gas
your awesome
thanks!
the tractors came from a FB group wondering if you have permission to post em here
me and my dad are looking for like a 60 or something just because we want a 3 point and i love the sound
Unfortunately these don’t have a 3pt, I’m working on fixing that for 19.
Dont believe there ever was a 850 two cylinder.. Only JD 850 was a compact back in the 80s.
From what I've heard it was a industrial/construction version
@@radozeman no. That would be an 820 or 830 industrial. The 850 was a new gen model compact
The 840 was the industrial version of an 830 used mainly for scrapers
@@radozeman there is a 1958 john deere 850 but it was a prototype and there was also the 750
I need the link and also they are not posted
Links are in the description
They need highcrops
Yaa i thut of highcrops
I mean other then it being all wrong it cool to see someone tried
Can you please do a mod review on the gehl hammer mill
I don't have that mod!
Start up sound is not accurate at all... bummer. Everything else is pretty accurate and all after the model b are electric start

@@everythingtractors9332 fair enough, I was going by full production American models
pony motors are single cylinder just so ya know
On the John Deere model R it was a 2 cylinder pony motor, and a 4 cylinder pony on the number series diesels
I was going to say as well I thought they went up to 4 cylinders
It's a v 4 pony motor made by John Deere, I have a 730 and a 820 with pony motors
Does mean there powered by V2's or V3's?
get it to fs19 please
That would be nice!
