DPR Korea is an authoritarian country. But frankly speaking, their singing level is first-class. The North Korean singers gives us a feeling that Russia is still very powerful like the USSR when they song the anthem of Russia.
Even though I didn't understand Russian nor Korean I did notice how in certain point the Russian national anthem was sang in a different tone and with a lot of passion and was truly amazed how I felt listening to it that I was deeply moved.
