I'm really amused by the nonchalant reaction at the beginning and how much it changes by the end. Especially after the scene in the church. The guy on the left has already realized that something very scary is about to happen. The guy on the right is still immersed in the music, not realizing what's about to happen. When I watched the clip for the first time, I - an adult Russian man - watched it without blinking, and tears flowed from my eyes. The semantic load of the track is simply colossal.

The meaning behind the laptops...Ronnie got into an argument with Sebastian Bach (formerly of metal band Skid Row, a legend himself) about Ronnie canceling show dates because his laptop with all of his backing tracks got stolen. Sebastian basically said that if you can't put on a rock show without your laptops then you ain't shit. Back in the day, Sebastian would put on acoustic shows if they lost power or if he blew out the PA's with his voice. Long story short, Seb feels if you are a true talent, you don't need to lean on a laptop. Ronnie disagrees...hence the Sebastian look a like getting hit with a laptop.
