Jesus said to go take up our cross and follow Him. Jesus also said that the world will hate those who follow Him. Jesus didn’t promise a cozy, easy, successful life on world’s terms. He said, he’ll be always with us, until the end of the world.
My utmost sympathy for those people who gladly “donate” to him. Please don’t forget that he chose to NOT open his chapel’s doors in Florida for disaster relief because “they didn’t donate”. I am a firm believer in the higher power that guides us all through life, but listening to someone who doesn’t have the common man’s heart in mind and only wanting their wallets seems like an insult to said higher power, you think?

My heart and mind is broken. I need gods blessing and love, desperately. But I know I haven’t been doing the necessary steps for him to receive that gift. I don’t have the energy to fight off my brokenness and depression. I’m tired all the time… and I hope this is the first step to overcoming my struggles. Please, help me lord. Forgive me and guide me to the correct path. My mind, spirit, and soul has been destroyed by another. I allowed her to fully break me. I struggle every morning to wake up and get out of bed.
We often go through more than we can handle and need to call out to God. He will never leave us.
Do what you can and ask God to help you when you can't...and don't kick yourself for "failing" because none of us are perfect. That's why we need Jesus, not just for salvation, but also for the rest of life.

Hi my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ...I want to encourage you all today with my testimony
I failed my 1st year and 2nd year medicine exams in all subjects ( I am a medical student) Everybody except me passed.
I felt lost and thought I would never make it...all kinds of negativity flushed my head...I would cry all night long feeling lonely...battling anxiety and depression.
But God always said... everything was happening for my good and that I'll surely make it...He made it happen coz he wanted to teach me something..and that The days of my suffering will turn to great testimony.
Today, I've cleared all my exams and with marks I never expected...I am currently in 3rd year...Praise God!!🙌🙌

This is my 1st time listening to this pastor, is this an actual church service? I'm half way through listening to him and and he has yet to read out of the bible? He is funny and tells nice stories but is this really what he does the whole service? It has now finished and never once did he read from the bible, where is his Bible??? Really want to know.

My old foster parents listen to Joel all the time when we I used to drive with them to church or whenever we go somewhere, it brings back memories of when I used to sit in the back seat and listen to that verse “ this is my bible! I am what it says I am….” It’s implanted in my brain, and whenever I hear of Joel Osteen, or see his videos on my feed, it reminds me of my foster parent and wonder if they still listen to Joel, they probably still do, lol 😂❤😊

Thanks Joel you are one of the only voices of positivity and credibility in my dark life. I just lost my mother who I was so close with, my heart is broken and my addictions are really hard to beat. I play drums for my church which I enjoy serving doing, but I feel doomed, cursed, lost and abandoned. I hope God does propel my life into health and happiness. It’s been too long.

You might not want to hear this but you need to hear it. Stay away from these type of "pastors". The bible tells us to test the spirits. These pastors don't glorify The LORD Jesus Christ. They glorify themselves and promise earthly rewards. Seek a full gospel preaching church, the promises but also the fire and brimstone. Iiaten to Charles Spurgeon, he preached from cover to cover. It’s natural to feel this way when your passed. God put it in us to be able to get through it. When my mother passed 6yrs ago I really missed her, but I kept going and listening to Joel and IGod supported me through every day. I asked him for what I needed day to day and hour bye our and I rang lifeline telephone counselling for support. You’ll be ok

That's kind of the exact opposite of what the Apostle Paul writes in many parts of the Bible. Especially when he talks about suffering as Christ suffered. Paul doesn't ever say fast forward me please. He actually says it's a blessing to share in the same sufferings of His Savior.
