The amount of pops and bangs is exactly right.. I hate the kind of tune where it bangs like 10 times in a row when being of the gas... yours just does 2 or 3 and not even every time.. so its perfect
only thing is this is how a m5 burbles stock from factory tune even with stock exhaust

should I get an m5 and keep it stock or get a x3m comp with downpipes and a tune?
It depends on your purposes :)
For example, if you have a family, x3m comp will be better. But if you want to compare just these cars, in my opinion, m5 in stock is better, because it has more powerful dynamic and quite well handling. Yes, fi exhaust with downpipes in x3m comp will be much more angrier and louder than in m5. In other advantages m5 will be better :)
I would say M5 but dont keep it stock
M5, you can always tune it later down the line

If you do it in car service, it doesn’t take a lot of time. For me it was about 2-3 hours. It depends on car service, how fast they can did it.
