i can't understand why he never got recognized and respected for what a fucking good rapper he is ! mane he spits fire and has a unique flow and style !
Ok I'm convinced some shady shit went on if this guy never blew up back in the day. This is timeless music and a way different sound from most of the 90's scene.
@@chinogabesv650 I respect TW3’s work, all Im saying is this “shady shit” wasn’t exactly shady. Back then even if you were independent you still had to go through somewhere to get your distribution. Remember when companies were hesitant on dealing with gangsta rap in the early 90’s, well after pac and big died it got harder again especially for those who were really in the streets. If he started his empire during the 2010’s then Yeah he would have gotten more nationwide attention because of internet made it possible to be truly independent. Back then when people said it was hard to break into the National spotlight that was no joke.
Yeah its about what looks like he can cause the most gossip and controversy because that makes those cooperations money its cooperate culture not the culture
I blew plenty of green in Neptune Gardens. Right cross the alley from my great grandma and great aunt's house! With my cousin Devon Lewis... Rest n paradise cuzzo and the fallen brothers out of Sth. Memphis!!!!
My friend in middle school told me to listen to Tommy and Media Play only had Tom Skeemask but I bought it anyway now I can listen to Tommy or Tom Skeemask or almost anybody with the click of a mouse
DJ Paul stole the style and blackballed Tommy because he knew 3 6 was gonna be in trouble if Tommy and his crew blew up. This shit is music at it's finest for us Darksiders
ok..nigas that listen to neyo and r kelly are not going to play this.. this is the BEST abulm he has ever dont this song right here is soo hard its a shame he dont get the credit he deserves people in memphis tried to dis him for years which is a damn shame yo gotti is the king of memphis now but tommy will FOREVER REIGN in memphis very genious songwritting who has that ear for bump-says uzipolo-king of decatur

Ok I'm convinced some shady shit went on if this guy never blew up back in the day. This is timeless music and a way different sound from most of the 90's scene.
Got arrested along with a bunch of the main rappers in his crew and his record company fell thru a bit of time after this album dropped
Back in the 90’s it was harder to get a deal when you really about what you sing.
@@glasshead7181 he didnt need a deal he ran his own record company hella respect

didnt deal with the diddy
Tommy could have an empire.
The music industry is about what sells and makes the most money not whats real and whats actually good.
Yeah I think we've established it already
Yeah its about what looks like he can cause the most gossip and controversy because that makes those cooperations money its cooperate culture not the culture
been the same for so long :\
Just dont listen to that crap a stick to what ever u prefer and shine
Hes not talking about making dope music if you actually listen to the lyrics that's not what he means.
Rocks up under my tongue... Got my gums numb from the taste of the coke..

The verse that K-Rock kicks in this junt is one of his best! I wish he still rapped like this nowadays. This song is straight bump mane.
That Bassline!
Tommy my New Favorite Rapper 💯💯💯💯💯
Great bangin' beat, and all coming hard with that belt-fed M60 flow. One of TW's greatest songs on his most underappreciated record.
One Krock hardest verses. Aint a rapper today can top that verse.
Very much true, unfortunately.
Real shit
LONG LIVE K-ROCK MANE 🙏
Marckey lol hell nah big Krit the closest but he don’t sound nun like dis

Tommy Wright III real peoples tho feel me
People think this music only applies to LA and New York. The south is way more gangster and dangerous in my opinion even tho they came onto map later.
