Excellent. so glad to hear about this. a whole heap of isolation just got lifted from my shoulders. this might be the thing that finally makes me join facebook. any other ways to connect with this group?
In the Buddha Damma there are no problems with sexual identity, because when you commit to the Shanga or make a retreat as a layman, you have to forget your sexual identity, that is something mundane. It is more to review the guidelines to the laity regarding sex.
I think segregation is toxic. It seems antithesis to Buddhist philosophy somehow. We all have more in common than we don't have in common - the human experience. We are all on the same path. This is good though. But in researching Buddhist groups to join I've noticed various types of segregation. I don't want to be segregated by age or gender etc.. Buddhism seems to be exclusively middle class too.
Wonderful !
Thank you ... 🌼🌼🌼

I was deeply involved with this group from '93-'99 and there were plenty of working class people in the community.
There is no Dharma in this video, only wickedness, narcissism and degeneracy. This is such a shame. Poor Buddhism.
