- In this episode, we traveled far & wide at the western gate of Manipur known as Jiribam. It is located on the state's westernmost boundary, adjoining the Cachar district of Assam. We specially visited Jirimukh & Boroikhal villages and ate with the villagers.

Elisha is a totally different fish. In order to relish the authentic taste, it’s cooked with chives. No onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes or peas needed. And particularly no coriander if you want the real aroma of this fish. And it’s best when cooked with “pan”.
