Awesome video as always. Magnus broadheads are fantastic and speak for themselves. Thank you for the videos and taking your time to teach this stuff. If I win I’d love a pack of black hornet 125 grain 4 blade. Thanks again!

Looking to build new arrows in 2021. Plan to go with stinger or stinger buzzcuts. Will decide on 100vs 125 gr once I figure out what new bow likes to eat!

Can we stealth strip the inside of the holes to eliminate the metal on metal sound? 🤣🤣
But that new broadhead coming out in 2021 in 125gr would be amazing.

A good topic for your next can of worms video (if you feel like putting yourself through another one of those lol) would be crossbows. There are lots of compound guys that just have an extreme prejudice against crossbow hunters going as far as petitioning to stop them from hunting. I feel this comes from a really uneducated perspective on the topic. I'd be more than happy to provide the objective nuances of the subject.

125 grain black hornets are my favorite, but I think a solid blade version of it in 125 or 150 grains would be fantastic!

I am a sharp knife 'nut'. I constantly check knives...so much so, I see a knife block in someone's home. Eventually, I will pull a knife and check the edge. knives or blades do not necessary go dull, they need to be maintained "honed"; the edge has rolled. I think that needs to be clarified. There is a difference between: honing and sharpening.
I absolutely luv the Lansky Sharpening System, can't wait to add this to my kit...plus, I'm a huge fan of wet sharpening. If you use Sandpaper....over 240grit. Purchase Autobody sanding paper.
This was brilliant...As has become AJA form....easily explained and visuals were Great

I shoot magnus a lot so I have some, but never have shot the Snuffer 125gr but my favorite so far is the stinger ser razor 125gr or even the 100gr... Either would be awesome!!!

Hi!! If you want to find the factory Edge, use sharpie, and the marker on the edge will show you when you're at the right angle.
Kme is much better than Lansky, of course its more expensive. But if you're a hunter, you will sharp your hunting knife as well.
Diamond "stone" is better than the rela stone, because it's doesn't get hollow after time.
    Kind regards Robert

Well I didn’t make it in time for giveaway 😂 but any way figured I’d mention that edge pro has a kit to level stones once you make them to a bowl I’m sure would still work for any stone. I have just gotten an off brand guided system which works fine but the stones are junk actually was able to put edge pro stones on and all I can say is they are really nice quality stones that don’t seam too expensive. I can’t say anything about lansky stones as I have never used them but if lansky doesn’t have a kit for leveling the stones you could check out the one from edge pro it would extend the life of your stones saving some extra cash. My question to you is that if you were able to level stone back up to get more life out of stone would you still use sandpaper or just simple use stones more?

    Hi Jack,
Before I say anything about the broadheads, I would like to say this: Thank YOU for what YOU do for the archery community. Archery has been my sanity project for the entirety of 2020. I have upgraded my bow, sights, strings, releases, rest, stabilizers, and strings. Your videos helped to guide me in my selection. I appreciate what you do in the archery community. I work on my bows at home, and there is so much value in the content you provide. Especially for the average jack, like me.
    Thank YOU, sir.
Now, I would be very happy to take Magnus Black Hornets 125 grain 7/16 X 1 1/4 into the field next season. These heads have always caught my eye. I just do not have a shop near me that sells them.
    Again, Thank you.

I picked up a Lansky leather strop to go with my kit as well as the serrated blade stone. Both great tools to go with the kit.
I just picked up a pack of QAD Exodus to try out and they are super sharp out of the box. I’m hoping to try them out on turkeys this spring to see how they fare vs the Black Hornet which I shot my last turkey with. Got a pass through but the main blade got gouged pretty bad. Of course Magnus sent me a new head for free.
I’ve been impressed with the holes the Exodus leave from other people’s reviews with it being a 1-1/4” three blade and it seems like a very tough head.
