Thank you so much for this video. After purchasing the parts ($242 CAD), I was able to replace the parts as instructed in the video and it worked like magic. My issue 1) Control Panel will lit on/off periodically 2) will not provide any water/ice even when the panel is lit 3) none of the buttons will work even when the panel is on. According to lot of the other videos on UA-cam and various post on Reddit, it is advised I replace the main board which is located behind the Refrigerator. In my case, Freezer/Cooler is functioning properly and I didn’t see any reason to replace the mother board. I took a gamble, and I decided to just replace only control board + Display and voila it worked perfectly.
This installation was right on the money. He gave a complete list of the tools needed and gave a good logical sequence to proceed in. I got the job done in 30 minutes. Thank you Appliance Parts Pro's!

Looking for a video that explains how to test this specific board using a multimeter. Can't find any info on this.
Is it necessary to take out the older touch pad ? Can't I just use the older touch pad if the dispenser control board is the problem?

I replaced the cintrol board and touch pad does not respond , this the second control board ,changed touch tone board too???
