I love that Love's gas station in Lodi. I stop by there all the time, take a nap, feed the birds. Nice clean gas station and a safe place. The staff are wonderful, courteous, great coffee and lots of good snacks.
It's winter. Snow and blizzards happen so the media should not guilt trip people and start yelling climate change. California needs the water anyways. Just be safe and don't drive in it if you don't have to.
Getting pounded up here in Auburn and the winds are wild! Yeah, nothing like tromping out in this kind of weather to feed horses, goats, chickens and an ancient toothless ewe that needs her big pan of alfalfa pellet mash and applesauce! Yay farm life in the rain! lol
Tell me please or give me answers, because im from Europe. Is it normal at this time of year in this all states that in every year u see all these weather annomalys (tornado or like now multiply tornados at six states, or that strong winter attack in this side of youre country, wery strong floods in California and in Canada ? ). Is it normal ?
Tornadoes in December are somewhat rare. Weather events like this can happen in any given month but don't always. I remember in the 1960s California had a lot of mudslides due to torrential rains. California could use the water from these storms.
A high up political figure that claims climate science isn't real and actually promotes the things that we need to change to fix it? Yep. Did you know? 2021, this year, was the hottest year on record... again. The average temperature for all of the Lower 48 states from June through August was 74.0 degrees Fahrenheit, or 2.6 degrees above average.

Keep at it, Laurie. Blessings to you as a farmer and animal caretaker. You are the true salt of the Earth!
God Bless
Winds are nothing. Try living in 55-60 mph wind gusts in New Mexico.
I have :) mostly grew up in El Paso. Winds walking home from school in the desert wearing shorts hurts sooo much...lol
They sure do make a big deal out of snow don't they out there
Uh… when speed limits are 70mph yeah big deal
