Do you know why EPlan inserts a plain rectangle to represent the part instead of a macro, when the .ema macro is in the macro folder for the part?. I followed your video to add a Beckhoff PLC module to a back plate but it just shows a correctly-dimensioned rectangle with part number etc., just like in your video, not the macro.
It is very good. But for some reason I don't have this function in the feed. I wanted to customize the ribbon, but there was no required function. Maybe I need to install a special package? I used to work in 2D in Eplan P8. And it suited me.
How is the performance on the 2D layout in the newest EPLAN version? We are still running version 2.8.3, and the 2D layout is very slow and laggy when zooming in and out and panning around in the drawing. I’ve heard that it should be better in EPLAN 2022 version

I also know that it should be better in 2022.
But I had also no big problems in the older Versions.
