I read this as the 5 of wands I am feeling like I need to defend myself at the beginning of the week and the hermit is saying I need to take a deep breath and look at why I am feeling defensive . I feel the snake is my defensive self and I need to calm it so I can handle the situation for the best and that if I can do this the end of the week gives me a good happy loving feeling that I worked through the situation by taking time to breathe go into myself and think before I act
I love this deck, always happy to see you read with it.
I see a bird nest in the first card and the bird instantly tries to protect her nest if an outsider comes in. Then the snake, she’s protecting herself from it bc it can be dangerous but she’s doing less forced than the bird is, she’s more like you said, charming it. Then there’s peace and a completely different vibe at the end!
Immediately upon seeing the snake on the second card, I also saw that its other form is a staff ... Likely ceremonial but something someone who is powerful would have as a hidden source of power. Like Gandalf if you will. These three cards show the progression one can go through after the fragility of youth, even coming from the humble beginnings that are depicted in the first card. The third card reminds us that strength can come from others as well as ourselves. Actions mean more than words in all of these cards.
Nurture your strength and all your gifts, and use them wisely where they can do the most good.

Thanks Kate. It looks like an ups and downs beginning, the Hermit usually shines his lantern, on the situation advising to chill out, be calm and go with the flow. Confused with the snake? Is it like the caduceus thing in the Hippocratic oath? about healing may be? and then we have happy endings! Luv seeing Henry, Merlina is probably curled up keeping warm luv n light x

This is a really neat deck - I love the drawings and some cards are kind of creepy (but in a fascinating way, I think) - I hope you enjoy it!
@@DailyTarotGirl I'm a bit eccentric, so I naturally find abstract art mesmerizing. And if there's a traffic accident, I can analyze it for hours 😆.. how did that car end up over there?!?
