I have been in 3 Disney plays and one of them that my theater group did was The Lion King Jr.. I was young Simba in that play and some people were the absolute perfect fits for the roles they were given.
@epache315 Oh, he totally does. We can tell, by that slightly-maniacal grin, how much fun he still has with this role. I do wish, however, that they'd introduced him a little differently. Maybe, the front part of the stage could've remained black. Then, right before Scar said the word "precisely", a spotlight could've switched on, revealing Jeremy. Immediately after he'd said the word, the rest of the lights would've come back on, and the song would've started. (7/31/2024)
