@Road Trip Randy- I'm glad you like Long Beach. I grew up there and was raised there. I moved out temporarily for work but will be back in LA/ Long Beach in no time. The way you describe Long Beach is point on. It's a big city feel with relaxation to it. I think that is what make Long Beach special in LA because you have options of nightlife and at the same time, there is so much activities to do there.
Nice ! Love Long Beach. My wife and I lived there in 1977 and back then you could go aboard the Queen Mary just to eat in the restaurants and not have to pay an admission fee. That''s changed :)
I grew up in LB. Glad you liked it. I’ve never really been to the Grand Prix but I could hear the race cars as far as signal hill which is a few miles north.
Helpful tip. Go around the city for a while. The ghetto streets are seriously connected to the nice areas. Seal Beach and Signal Hill are ideal and clean places to live. Try to avoid the Eastside area unless you like seeing crips everywhere.
I'm not going to tell anyone how old I am, but I was there when the Queen Mary was at the end of her final voyage to Long Beach. After that, The Pike, amusement park across the bay from the Queen Mary, was renamed Queens Park, and I think you can guess why....Uhhh, that was the actual Pike with roller coasters and other rides, not the current one that is decor only.
Typical orange county just another mall but with the Morocco architecture theme it makes it seem as if it's out of this world. They have a big Ferris wheel which is the main attraction of the mall!!
Michigan I surfed new buffalo check out my friends surf shop. Third coast surf shop. I surfed in snow and cold loved it, I love Michigan and north Indiana it’s not like South Indian, Kentucky and Carolina. I felt at home in Michigan, check out Downey ca.
to love and appreciate LA, one has to explore....
very true
It’s Long Beach not l.a
Nice video. I'm strongly considering Long Beach as a moving destination. Definitely my vibe.

+Road Trip Randy no I haven't been yet. But it's on my list in the future. I need to do a California road trip I think
I'm from the Chicago area all my life, been to the Grand Prix 3 times and love going there.

Nice. Yeah, that race was so loud I imagine the sounds travels pretty far.
I hope can visit there in future 😍
I remember watching that race and walking down the beach while it happened. And it was the same race.
You've seen DTLBC, that's a pretty cool part of town but, in some other areas, not near the beach, you get shot for no good reason lol
Oh man, glad we didn't walk over there.
Why’d you stop this series !! I would have loved to see my home of the SFV as well as more parts !

Im moving to Long beach with my cousin in a year! This video came in handy!
Nice! Glad you enjoyed it.

Andrea Gaona thank you!!!
I know this comment is old but if I were you I would avoid north Long Beach. Unless you are on a tight budget.
I really enjoyed it. :D
Thanks Steven!
I am moving to California next Summer, this helped a lot.
Thanks Jasmine! Hope you enjoy California.
Probably you should have gone to signal hill because it also has a great view of the sunset and the city but although great vid
You make my city look interesting...
Haha, it's great!
It feels weird seeing my city on UA-cam

This guy makes is sound like nothing is good enough for him! Very fun to watch, da!
How so? I really liked Long Beach
I live in Long Beach, looks nice but don't 't stray to far from dwntwn, violent city, good place to get mugged or killed.
Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather...
Plz plz plz visit the Irvine spectrum
Maybe I'll do that. What's there?
It's on the 5 (I-5) near the intersection with 405. Check it out, it's one of the newest malls in LA!
It's in orange county, I work not that far from there. It's over hyped. There are better malls to visit that are still in LA county for sure.
You are so nice in video makeing
thank you
