Looks like you built your speakers.JVC weren't bad for the older ones. But then the Pioneer, Kenwood,Technics,Sansui.Some companies thought things out like Yamaha. I've owned more British products. I build my own and love good speakers. I clean everything . No noise.

Those tube things are not tubes, they are filter caps and I agree with one of the other commenters this JVC ja s22 is a integrated amp not a receiver.
