And as a food recipe with the fish you can make Ceviche! It’s a Peruvian dish and is probably one of my favourites. It’s raw, uncooked fish with a lot of lime juice (the acidity cooks the fish) with onions and peppers (specifically rocoto but if you can’t find them in Australia just use habanero) and make sure the fish is fresh. Try and make it immediately after catching it
