A lot of comments about the jumps. Yes they were smaller than usual, yes they were harder to get through than usual. But I doubt most of us know how hard it is to build a set of dirt jumps like this in a few days. I think it’s incredible that they can even get it done.🙌🏼
Dude, leave the ego and the snarky remarks at the door. What happened was either a money, scheduling, or material ordering issue. This took place in the pits of Anaheim 1 Supercross. You really want us to believe that the means to make monster jumps wasn't there? I wasn't going to say anything until I read your bs comment, but you had to whine...like always. You'll always be a scooter kid to the people who know better. (FYI, I designed and built dirt jumps, BMX race tracks, and snow terrain parks for a long time)
@@NoCoBanditYou must have read my comment with hate in your heart. This has nothing to do with me the “Scooter kid”. I’m just sticking up for the guys who work there ass’s off and built the jumps with less days than normal because this was earlier in the month and they had a late start plus it rained.
I’ve built a pro line for X games in 2020 it’s not a plain sailing against the elements at all. Everybody has opinions but not being there and not knowing, somethings are best left un said ✌️ I’m sure Ryan knows best my dude
@@RyanWilliamsUA-cam @RyanWilliamsofficial bruh... that nocobandit guy's existence doesn't even deserve to be acknowledged by you, lol dude's a keyboard warrior living in his mom's basement with nothing to show for, (designed and built jumps my ass lmfao) and you're literally a living legend. unfortunately we have youtube to thank for removing the downvote counter so we can't see his comment have 100 thumbs down lol.
I want to tell everyone thank you for streaming this, each year is more progression. Love to watch these guys do work. Dont have to wait a year anmore for a props video to come out lol
That funny I was thinking the same shit. I thought that was more 8th place stuff than 5th. Dudes were pulling way more technical shit than him and placed lower.
You all crushed it!! So good!! Guessing it would have been a bit less painful for the wrists and ankles if the last landing were to have been a few feet further back.
BMX needs a new contest format. Could be something along like Style&Steez, where any trick that are more than double get you point deduct from your final score. Gymnast on bike are not very interesting. I guess I want to see more slower rotation but with style in them or fully extended tricks. missing the era from Nyquist, chris doyle, and Nastazio etc.
Best guess is the jumps were built early in the week when they had rain, last set was probably made smaller to ensure dudes would get through. Then as they rode in the jumps were running faster than expected. Also Mason Ritter is the most interesting rider on the contest circuit right now
does anybody know which other Monster Supercross events will host the BMX triple challenge in 2024? Monster website doesn't help much. Great show today and thanks our bmx for your content.
The second and third jump symmetries are way off. Short on the 2nd set then land in the flats on the 3rd. During the break they should have rework the lips at least.
Anyone know why Kevin peraza didn’t ride until the big trick challenge. I was thinking he bailed to go to the hospital with his brother but maybe he came back early
At first I was wondering why Ryan didn't win, but then I saw Varga somehow manage that 1080 on the last jump and now I know lmao. There was basically no speed left by the 3rd jump, crazy that me managed that. Still not sure about Brady taking second over Ryan, but all 3 of them had crazy runs so it's all good!
Am I missing something on the very last trick? I feel like everybody in the video is freaking out like it was a NBD or something. Not trying to say that a 720-whip isn't impressive, just that the amount of focus it was given confuses me.
Yeah man I like Andy but he does the same ole bs. Nate McCalister or anyone else should beat that nonsense out. Many many others doing much better and more technical with a better variety
@StevelandCleamer Could be. He likes to add a no hander in his double backflips so I wonder if he was going to try that but wasn't feeling it.. The no hander version is dangerous so I can understand that

Put on a great show regardless! 👊

varga did so good thank you for streaming the finals live always a blast to watch everyone send it!
Buckworth been doing the same set of tricks since 1920
Yeah every time he drops in you already know what he’s going to do. Very robotic and repetitive
I liked the seat grab deal he did actually. You see the true style when they miss a trick and cruise through the set
Love the format of these videos. Thanks for putting these together for us.
Stoked to see James Foster on the list after so long. Miss seeing him in big comps
Brady baker killing it. Ole Ron burgundy did the damn thing too lol. They both had some serious bangers
Good to see Varga take the win
Guts and Style. Thanks for posting. Even as a streetrider dirt has always been a favourite to watch. All riders are killing it
I want to tell everyone thank you for streaming this, each year is more progression. Love to watch these guys do work. Dont have to wait a year anmore for a props video to come out lol
Buckworth still somehow making finals by just double flipping and front flipping for eternity, guys needs to get some combos and variety going
Nah, he just needs bigger jumps so he can triple flip.
Happy to see Mike take the win. He’s been progressing his riding lately. Good to see it get rewarded.
Set of jumps seemed a little weak
2nd and 3rd both look stupid small, and with too much wasted space in the flat bottom between them
Everyone needs to take pumping lessons from Brady. Hate seeing a pedal in between lol
Dude can BOOST
Go mike varga 🔥 ty our bmx for highlights ❤
The level of riding is insane! Well done to all the riders! The main man Jamie calling the jumps!
Now a days judging is subjective af but imho Brady Baker won this contest. Level of difficulty and innovation was 10 outta 10
Jay on point Mate 🤘🏻💯💪🏻
You could remove 6 feet off the last landing, and it would change nothing for 90% of those runs. These riders are so wild and strong, and I love it.
How the hell is buckworth in the finals for doing 2 double backflips in 1 run?
That funny I was thinking the same shit. I thought that was more 8th place stuff than 5th. Dudes were pulling way more technical shit than him and placed lower.
Gabriel Chavez had 2 of the best double back flippers looking out for him lol
Seems like the 2nd set is hard to hit clean
For sure. Everyone knuckled.
You all crushed it!! So good!! Guessing it would have been a bit less painful for the wrists and ankles if the last landing were to have been a few feet further back.
Hell yeah mason ritter with that heal clicker decade , reminds me of reuel Ericksons superman decade
I would love to see a triple challenge with a proper set of jumps for once, one day....
Moto whips and tables on trails unfortunately doesn’t draw a crowd
Fox forced the shit out of that front flip
Inigualable. Sin palabras 🎉

Mad respect
It’s fun watching everyone go all the way to flat on that last set, and so impressive whenever anyone does a hard trick and lands high on it instead.

Andy killing it like always 🤘🏻💯🔥💪🏻beast mode
RW congrats on monster Mate you deserve it 💯💪🏻🤘🏻
Maybe it was a switch double backflip lmao, Varga killed it tho
Sorry. Forgot these are a popularity contest. Never mind.
does anybody know which other Monster Supercross events will host the BMX triple challenge in 2024? Monster website doesn't help much. Great show today and thanks our bmx for your content.
It’ll be at Glendale and Arlington
The second and third jump symmetries are way off. Short on the 2nd set then land in the flats on the 3rd. During the break they should have rework the lips at least.
Its fkn criminal how these judges keep robbing Sandoval
Brian Fox does real cash rolls, like Daniel Dhers. Brady Baker does off axis spins.
They're clearly different.
Varga was insane though
Miss seeing ryan nyquist on dirt, come on ryan if you read this hop in on one and throw them bars
He at least rode 1 triple challenge last year.
Brady for Prez ❤
Ryan and Mike 🙌💯
Let’s goo!

Brian Fox 15th - a joke
Yooo Nate you fucking beast!!
I’m sorry, but how did Andy buckworth get top 10…? Like…
The guy who decided the gap distance on the last jump should be fired.
As great of a job the team did with the jumps - they certainly did not flow well at all for the guys which is unfortunate
11:04 those rims are fire, what's the brand, where can i get them?
any brand just make sure they are double wall and either get them stock with that colour or get them powder coated after you buy em
Was there a best trick comp?
Jumps kinda sucked.
🤘
Vargo 🎉
Scotty Cranmer brought me here!
same
Stop calling 720s cash rolls please 🙏
I know they are so lose with that trick name. A lot of those are just dipped 720s. Cool looking still but call it what it is
That last jump could have been a bit bigger
Imagine of the second was smaller
Ryan 1 Jay 2 Mike 3
Am I missing something on the very last trick? I feel like everybody in the video is freaking out like it was a NBD or something. Not trying to say that a 720-whip isn't impressive, just that the amount of focus it was given confuses me.
Yeah 720 2x bar was a little more impressive imo. Following a cash whip no less. Not sure cash to 720-whip takes first
How does buckworth pull 8th place and make finals and all he did was a double backflip . Learn double backflips kids and you’ll make finals everytime
Yeah man I like Andy but he does the same ole bs. Nate McCalister or anyone else should beat that nonsense out. Many many others doing much better and more technical with a better variety
Daniel Sandoval and Nate Macallister were robbed😢
Last jump was not good , good contest tho 🤟🏼
Daniel robbed
. My
Judges did a good job for once
Except for Andy being top ten
@@StevelandCleamer Agreed. I love a double backflip but it was a little boring seeing the same tricks every time
@@leemac1561 I wonder if there’s a conflict of interest there since he’s a monster athlete

jumps suck. slow. small. lame.
the announcer was horrible. called so many tricks wrong. let me know if you need an announcer.
