A lot of comments about the jumps. Yes they were smaller than usual, yes they were harder to get through than usual. But I doubt most of us know how hard it is to build a set of dirt jumps like this in a few days. I think it’s incredible that they can even get it done.🙌🏼

Dude, leave the ego and the snarky remarks at the door. What happened was either a money, scheduling, or material ordering issue. This took place in the pits of Anaheim 1 Supercross. You really want us to believe that the means to make monster jumps wasn't there? I wasn't going to say anything until I read your bs comment, but you had to whine...like always. You'll always be a scooter kid to the people who know better.
(FYI, I designed and built dirt jumps, BMX race tracks, and snow terrain parks for a long time)

I’m just sticking up for the guys who work there ass’s off and built the jumps with less days than normal because this was earlier in the month and they had a late start plus it rained.
I’ve built a pro line for X games in 2020 it’s not a plain sailing against the elements at all. Everybody has opinions but not being there and not knowing, somethings are best left un said ✌️ I’m sure Ryan knows best my dude

Yeah every time he drops in you already know what he’s going to do. Very robotic and repetitive
I liked the seat grab deal he did actually. You see the true style when they miss a trick and cruise through the set

Set of jumps seemed a little weak
2nd and 3rd both look stupid small, and with too much wasted space in the flat bottom between them

You could remove 6 feet off the last landing, and it would change nothing for 90% of those runs. These riders are so wild and strong, and I love it.

Now a days judging is subjective af but imho Brady Baker won this contest. Level of difficulty and innovation was 10 outta 10

BMX needs a new contest format. Could be something along like Style&Steez, where any trick that are more than double get you point deduct from your final score. Gymnast on bike are not very interesting. I guess I want to see more slower rotation but with style in them or fully extended tricks. missing the era from Nyquist, chris doyle, and Nastazio etc.
I would love to see a triple challenge with a proper set of jumps for once, one day....

That funny I was thinking the same shit. I thought that was more 8th place stuff than 5th. Dudes were pulling way more technical shit than him and placed lower.
You all crushed it!! So good!! Guessing it would have been a bit less painful for the wrists and ankles if the last landing were to have been a few feet further back.

It’s fun watching everyone go all the way to flat on that last set, and so impressive whenever anyone does a hard trick and lands high on it instead.
Best guess is the jumps were built early in the week when they had rain, last set was probably made smaller to ensure dudes would get through. Then as they rode in the jumps were running faster than expected.
Also Mason Ritter is the most interesting rider on the contest circuit right now

At first I was wondering why Ryan didn't win, but then I saw Varga somehow manage that 1080 on the last jump and now I know lmao. There was basically no speed left by the 3rd jump, crazy that me managed that. Still not sure about Brady taking second over Ryan, but all 3 of them had crazy runs so it's all good!
The second and third jump symmetries are way off. Short on the 2nd set then land in the flats on the 3rd. During the break they should have rework the lips at least.

Am I missing something on the very last trick? I feel like everybody in the video is freaking out like it was a NBD or something. Not trying to say that a 720-whip isn't impressive, just that the amount of focus it was given confuses me.
