I've been a fan of the Scorpions for over 35 years. Klaus' voice is iconic. They are a true talent indeed. They have indeed evolved over the years. I love everything they've done from Lonesome Crow to present day Rock Believer. I don't think you can appreciate fully the Scorpions until yoi listen to their early stuff. We'll Burn the Sky, Speedys Coming, lesser known Yellow Raven, etc., etc. INCREDIBLE talent!!!❤🦂
I can't sing enough accolades about the Scorpions and Klause. My absolute favorite band and singer by a wide margin. They don't put out music that is not perfect. I mean even leaked unreleased demos of theirs are great! I love their very first album Lonesome Crow that was recorded in 1971, I love their last album Rock believer that just came out in February of this year and I love everything in between. They have changed over the years, evolving. I would not say growing because they were already phenomenal with their first album. I guess that they were just born gifted. Each song of theirs takes me back to the period in my life when the album that it was on was released. I could not imagine my life with out the SCORPIONS!
I couldn't agree more. Been a fan for over 35 years. Yes. They've evolved. Klaus' voice is iconic!! Love every album from Lonesome Crow all the way to present Rock Believer. True talent & gift to their fans.
Discovered the scorpions (properly) only recently. Easily one of the best metal/hard bands out there. With the likes of IM and JP. Puts the US glam bands in the shade. And Klaus is my favourite metal/hard rock singer . Thanks for covering this song!
Oh my, my absoletly favourite song from my absolutely favourite band - for like 40 years now. Sung by my absolutely favourite singer. Best rock vocalist ever, and no one is going to convince me otherwise ;) His voice cuts right through you. What a great, thoughtful reaction video. I know this is three years old, but still, thank you :) I agree with you - I do not like the early 70s era as much as the late 70s / 80s era. Another brilliant late 70s song is In Trance, which might come just a hair's breadth after We'll burn the Sky in my preference. So many people say Scorpions took a dive when Uli Jon Roth left, but I feel that while their music might have changed, it's still equally awesome. And I know many don't agree, but I do like Matthias Jabs' style better. No accounting for tastes, eh?
This has always been my favorite Scorpions album. I love Uli’s subtle guitar notes in the background and I can feel that sick bassline in my chest! Never disappoints 🔥
