Over a year ago, I commented (under a different name, Sgt Zippy) that this was my favorite rendition of this song. This still holds true today. The more I listen to it, the more gratitude I have that you made this. At one point, I'm sure I listened to it at least 6 times in a row. This is still, and by far, one of the best songs/renditions I have ever heard. ***** ***** Thank you so much for all the music you both produce.

Gorgeously melodic, lyrically profound, visually stunning, flawlessly sung & beautifully interpreted on the piano...This cover ought to be the definitive version of the song, and is my favourite song by Evynne...I keep coming back to listen over and over....just awesome!

This has become a bitter sweet video for me. I recently lost my mother in October and this was our favorite song and video by you. So now every time I visit this video or just listen to the music on my iPod I get teary eyed. But I just wanted you to know that you sing beautifully and I hope you and Peter have a wonderful life together with your son:) life is to short. So we must make the best of it.
I like how those low and middle notes resonate. It's truly remarkable, and the piano playing was also very majestic.

My best friend and I recorded a CD for our parents for Christmas last year and at the last minute I recorded this song and tagged it to the end and it ended up being the best song on there. I LOVE this song. I've been wanting to make a music video for a while and I really really really love this version. It's beautiful.

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Nathan's arrangement and piano playing, Caleb's videography, and of course Evynne's vocal mastery, all top drawer and technically sound. Add to that the wonderfully emotional musical interpretation, and it becomes beautiful. When Evynne sang the long strong note, adding the vibrato at just the right time, then the light kiss of phrasing afterwards gave me chills. Chills I tell you.
Every time I hear you sing, I think of angels singing. You are an amazing person and I hope Peter know how luck he is. Hope you two keep singing and more together as you two sing great together.

Beautiful version of a song that has always been special to me. I was medically retired from the Air Force and told that I would be dead or on a transplant list in five years. I had a wife and two small children who had to be provided for, and for myself really wanted to see my kids grow up.
That was twenty years ago, about the time "Fields of Gold" first came out. Miracles happen.
I sang this song in my high school concert choir. It was a blast from the past hearing you sing this song. I love your voice!
