It’s been stagnant since last year November to date in UK senior finance hires also most of the most has moved to 2-3 days return to office in UK which won’t suit many except few are remote or fully remote.
I don't think much has changed in the market. Hiring is still continuing to remain muted for the rest of the year. Moreover, no more 100% and 200% hikes even if you manage to get an offer.
@@Pavansathiraju please understand that most of the revenue for the last quarter came from the bsnl deal of $1.8 billion from our government. Such deals are quite rare. So it's understandable that job market is not good
Quick correction: the latest inflation numbers released last seen in the US still suggests that inflation hasn't been tamed down yet. The Fed reserve chairman has said that the likelihood of cutting interest rates is less now. Not sure if it'd provide a positive outlook to Indian IT sector.

I think the hiring will pick up pace soon. Just based on the discussion and also from what I heard in the other quarterly updates.

It should as rupee depreciation should continue. However with a stagnant American market it will pretty much balance out.
The more laid off, the better results. That's the trend for the coming quarters.
