I have idea its related to japnese mythology so we know that zenistus hair turned yellow because he got struck by lightning and bro survived like literally so we can show that the god thunder in japnese mythology which is RAIJIN or RAIDEN was bored and wanred a succesor or like a son who can take on the god of thunder spot and responsiblities so he can relax so he searches the whole earth in order to find a human witha soul so pure that it shines like star and then he found zzenistu he had pure heart even tho he was clingy but had pure heart and had great loyality towards his friends so when he sees that zenistu is running away from his traning and climbes a tree he smites him with a lightning bolt and transfers his powers to him thats why he survived the thunder bolt cause it was never meant to hurt him then we can just show that he relized that he is a coward and needed to change and then starts to train hard and then raijin brings him to his mindscape and tells him how he can become his sucssesor/son and be the god of thunder and defeate muzan
bro i have a idea for your story you can make a story where zenistu is mc you can tell that ninjas like from naruto existed way before demon slayer canon and then you can make a story that zenistu is like a coward as first in series and asks any girl out and he loved her alot and she rejected him and he thnks he is coward,annoying ect. and then decides to go run i dont why but runs and loses track of where he came from and comes across a abonded village and searches it and finds out that its "THE LEAF VILLGAGE OF NARUTO UZUMAKI" and learns about all history about ninjas chakra, tail beats ect. and thinks about try it and goes to a suscepious memorial and says name UZUMAKI NARUTO and you can just say naruto in spirit form and sasuke in spirit form help him and he get to know that his blood contains the great UZUMAKI AND UCHIHA clan and he learns that his parents leave him at young age for his safety as muzan was hunting down evey single ninja bloodline and you can make following story as you want NOTE: why MC zenistu not anyone else well if we take zenistu he has blond hair so he can be narutos descedent and i know he had black hair orignally just roll with it and why he is carrying both UZUMAKI AND UCHIHA clan bloodline his father is descedent of NARUTO and his mother descedent of SASUKE HOPE IT HELPS PLS MAKE THIS STORY
