It's entirely possible that the Dynastic Egyptians found the pyramids which were ancient and just like the Sphinx did restoration work on them. They very well might have done the casing work as there's no way to know what they looked like if/when they found them. So much time has passed and so many generations of people interacting with the pyramids a lot of work could have been done which now makes it difficult to determine the original function.
Its not BS is a possibility and science is based on different ideas and trying to prove and disprove the science. this could be a real possibility and if its not then its not but there is no point in bashing view points and theory.
I think the main issue is that the guy explaining things is terrible at explaining things like Joe Rogan asked him point-blank how is what is going on in the subterranean level affecting the other levels of the pyramid and the guy starts talking about breaking down structures with oscillating frequency and talks about how soldiers marching over a bridge could break the bridge neither of which directly answer the question of how what is happening in the subterranean level has an effect on the chemicals or the hydrogen in the upper levels Another example is when Joe asked him what the shafts coming down into the king's chamber is and he talks about how there's two types of energy flowing through the pyramid

The very same kings lists they use to date ancient Egypt goes back further. But they ignore the top half of the kings list because they locked themselves in a 4600 year window. The other pyramids came after. A attempt to recreate the work of the gods. Because that’s the thing with the pyramids. The oldest ones are the best. That’s not how knowledge progresses.
