Hik-Connect 3.0 Cloud P2P Setup and Sharing

- Hikvision discontinued new device registration with HiDDNS and now offers a new service called Hik-Connect which is a cloud P2P service that is easier to use and more secure for the following reasons.
1. It does not require port forwarding.
2. The stream can be encrypted.
3. Easily share devices and set permissions without creating additional accounts in the device.
4. Other people are blocked from adding the device unless it is specifically shared with them.
This video demonstrates the 3 step setup of Hik-Connect.
1. Enable Hik-Connect P2P service.
2. Create a Hik-Connect account.
3. Add the device to the account.
Additional options include the following.
1. Share the device with other Hik-Connect accounts.
2. Enable DDNS within Hik-Connect for device access via web browser.
3. Use Hik-Connect to manage all your devices and quickly check their online statuses.

Hi..if i want to access the cameras thru rtsp port remotely then how will i get/or generate the rtsp ports addresses while my dvr is on cloud p2p activated ??

Can changing the zoom limit on my ptz camera from 20 ,which it came set at to say 40 or 60 which you can do on settings ,damage it at all ???
No it's fine. The additional zoom is done digitally.
Finally i found english version. I thought Hikvision is made from india!
Question Sir, i nstalled 2 ip cam, 1 analog in 4 channel dvr but i cannot able to see the ip cam using mobile data. in local network all cams are ok. do i need to upgrade the camera firmware?
hi, my 4 cams and NVR are correctly setup in the network. i can also view them in my phone when at home (in the same private network). However, I want to view my cams when at work (away from home, office network used). What should I do? thanks for the help.
Sounds like you added the NVR to your phone using the private IP address. Just follow the steps in the video..

Options: follow instructions in the video, read the manual, disable and re-enable Hik-Connect, hire a pro.
can we download the video from this cloud p2p option ?
Some DVRs support a new download function. The other way to download with any added device is to do playback and then tap the video camera icon to start recording/saving. That will start saving the video you are watching to your device. Tap the icon again to stop recording/saving. You can do that on live view and playback.
how can i watch my hikvision dvr cameras thro remote pc
Install iVMS-4200 from hikvision.com. Open iVMS-4200, go to Device Management, select Hik-Connect and login. You may then have to go to the Group tab in Device Management and modify the cameras to add the encryption key (verification code) if you have the video encrypted.
CCTV Pro I installed and worked.But sometimes remote mobile view ok.
Remote PC shows blank screen.
