I’ve had the most luck searching Etsy. Best Pysanky is the company I usually use, but they are currently out of this shape and size.

what does the vinegar and water do?

The diluted vinegar reacts with the oil based mirror spray leaving variegated openings. That’s how you see the pink color from the alcohol inks applied following the mirror spray and vinegar/water mix.

Are the baubles plastic or glass?

At the very beginning of the video, there is a lower third description that pops up saying- glass flat baubles. 😉 Krylon Looking Glass only works on glass. Pentart sells a similar product for plastic. 👍🏻
